I’ve been ordering the dinner box just about every Sunday, for my family and my. The only displeasing thing about P Pizza Hut is that they charge you a service fee, every time you order online or over the telephone! I don’t understand that!!!!!!

Has been a long time since we had pizza from here. We were impressed that the quality did not change. We ordered a large Mets lover pizza with pan crush and it was very tasty. Ordered in line or via phone. About 15 min to get the pizza ready. Basic at the counter order/pick up. They do charge for the Parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes though.Parking: Plenty of spaces to park. A designated spot for curbside pickup.

Well, first, I ordered an extra large with five toppings. Price was 33. Ok. No problem, that sounds about right.Then I get there, open up the box, and it's paper thin crust with barely ANYTHING on it.I say "wow, you BARELY put anything on it, it was 33 bucks "She replies "it was 33 dollars because extra large is 3 dollars a topping, instead of 2 dollars a topping for large and we have to thin out the crust more to make it bigger so we can't put too much stuff on it or it will get too heavy"By the way, it lacks cheese and sauce too."So wait" I say. "The guy on the phone said that it automatically comes with regular crust, not thin crist"She repeats "it's regular but we have to roll it out more for extra large so it's thinner"WTF?????????????????????So, you order extra large, you pay more for the size and the toppings but you get exactly the same freaking amount or even less, according to her explanation, spread out bigger.It came in a box that advertises the new York thin crust.By the way, a large pizza with one topping is only 13 dollars. The charged me 15 for topping and 15 for crust!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I believe it was the person working. I said "your sweet but your chain sucks" and when I turned around to walk out she looked at me rolling her eyes as if I was a bad customer.Take a look at my reviews. I'm a very positive and appreciative person. PLUS, I ALWAYS GIVE 30% TIPS IN RESTAURANTS and I don't even expect that much.This was REDICULOUS and the moron that tried to explain only made it worse.Needs better management but if your looking for a last minute dinner when things didn't go right that day, DONT RUN TO PIZZA HUT IN GLENDORA.

Please don’t waste your money on a dying pizza chain like this. No menu on the wall or paper menu to look at. No dine in. Poor customer service. Just no reason to pay 35$ for 6 wings and a medium vegetarian pizza. Very overpriced and low value. Pizza Hut needs to go out of business already as it’s long overdue.

Excellent Food and Service. We waited outside in our car after ordering and it was brought out by a very observant employee. It was a nice touch of customer service and much appreciated.
