I am not sure if the barista had yet another bad day but whoever it was was extremely rude! I didnt hear her ask me a question so I asked her to speak up and she literally yelled at me!! I was so embarrassed there were many people who were around me..I saw reviews on here that the customer service is awful but wow!! Unbelievable..

After a friend told me that even though there is a larger Starbucks in the same shopping center but they prefer to visit this one due to better drinks/service, I had to try it for myself..They did NOT disappoint. The barista named Bryn that made my drink was very friendly. I was not sure what I wanted to drink so she recommended the 'White Chocolate Macadamia Cream Cold Brew' as I usually get the chocolate cream cold brew.. I was very satisfied with this new choice and can confidently say that I have found my new drink. I hope Starbucks decides to keep this one around for a while. I was also very pleased that since this Starbucks is a small booth located inside Vons, the ambiance is a bit more personal and the baristas have more time to make each drink. Thank you again Bryn, the service was amazing and the drink was even better.I will definitely be coming to this Starbucks any time I can.

I visit this Starbucks multiple times a week but I have to say I was very surprised by the rude customer service I received this morning. Maybe she was having a bad day (it was 6:30am and maybe she's not a morning person). Either way I did a mobile order and when I got there to pick it up I had to wait a couple of minutes because she was helping someone at the walk up window. Not a problem, I didn't mind waiting. When she opened the window for mobile order I said my name and pointed and my drink, I saw it sitting there, it was the only mobile order waiting there. She didn't hear me so she asked again with a "what?" so I said my name, a little louder, and pointed when I got a very snapped and rude "pointing doesn't help me!" First of all, lose the tone, second of all did you want me to scream it? Honestly wouldn't have written this review if I hadn't received similar service from this same barista before. Everyone else I've encountered here has been super nice but this one girl just seems to be in a constant piss poor mood and should probably be a mid shift since she's clearly not a morning person. Best of luck and get some more sleep!

Love this location in Glendora! Zack always makes me smile when he’s at the window. Friendly with easy conversation encouraging a good day to come. Great way to start my day pumpkin spice latte half sweet ☕️

I asked for a peppermint mocha hot chocolate and it tasted like water and when we were ordering the person had an attitude for no reason I even tipped and should have I wish I could put no stars
