I order the same drink everyday from the same starbucks- a pink drink, blended, with vanilla sweet cream instead of coconut milk. I have never had a problem, everyone is always so kind and my drink is always delicious. but as of 10 minutes ago my drink tasted way different so i politely asked if they could remake it- especially since i just paid 8$ i would like the drink how i want it. And the woman working there was EXTREMELY rude. They have now lost a costumer because of her attitude and demeanor.

I would give this location a ZERO STAR if I can! One employees was rude to me ! Like if she didn't want to work . I didn't get the girls name but she should be fired giving me attitude when I was being nice ? Okay I would not be coming to this location ever.

I often drive thru or walk in to other locations while not close to home, but this location by far is the absolute best location I visit! My son is only 7 and even he prefers to drive out of the way to shop from this location, rather than one we will drive by, if you have a child, you know that says a whole lot!

Clean , safe cafe, with attentive staff. Conveniently located with sufficient parking. Patio overlooks the very busy Route 66 . I ordered a Peppermint Mocha Latte , hot , almond milk, extra whip. Not only did they get it right but added the tiny chocolate sprinkles/ shavings to the whip. That's just perfect attention to details that not all Starbucks get right.

Service is great, my cold brew was made just right with a shot of expresso. What more can you ask for. I did not take a picture of my drink sorry, next time.

they're so awesome!! did a phone pickup order for two unicorn cake pops, strawberry frap with coconut milk, and a mango dragon fruit lemonade. the drinks were superb and made expeditiously, we were greeted and farewelled, and we even got an extra cake pop! they were so sweet i had to give them a tip. ive never been in the drive thru but it has a weird shape so ive always picked up inside.

This was my all time favorite daily Starbucks drive through until today! We've always been greeted with smiles and happy conversation but todays drive thru barista was completely rude and totally disrespectful to us! It was 5 pm and we were the only car so to our surprise being greeted by her brash and defensive attitude was a complete disappointment! She was even ungrateful til the end when I tried to hand her a tip because I couldn't reach the tip box and had three Trentas on my lap she proceeded to tell me " she didn't need to SEE me leaving a tip!!" Just WOW! I told her I couldn't reach the tip box..to the management at this Starbucks location. It's time to check your employees and their customer service skills!!!

You know as a high school student who frequently visits this location after 0 period, I had no troubles during the beginning of this year. Having a coffee or a matcha latte before my long day of classes and after-school activities helps me calm down and have a little bit of energy. Maybe they hired some new people onto their team. A few weeks ago I placed my order and headed to go pick up my mobile order, but I saw that it wasn't ready yet. Not a problem at all, especially since everyone goes to this location. I kept standing around there for about 10 minutes or so and then a rude employee asks me if I had a mobile order, and she proceeds to roll her eyes at me. I was not being rude of any kind, I just said I had a mobile order. She proceeds to make my drink and when it was ready she had a mean tone of "here you go". I was utterly shocked but I didn't really care at this point, so I didn't really think of it that much. Fast-forwarding to a week later, I went to pick up my mobile order again, and I didn't see a bright green matcha latte waiting for me even though I placed it very early this time. I waited around but I checked the mobile order counter, and apparently they made me a chai latte for some reason but on the label it clearly said a Matcha Latte with one pump of chai? I explained to the employee that this was not my order, and she kind of gave me an attitude too. I just think that this location in general needs more positive people on their team and can problem-solve issues more smoothly than other employees. When I go through the drive-through I have no issues, but always when I come in, something is bound to happen.
