The service here is not friendly. Employees don't seem like their happy to be working there. I would recommend some customer service training. If I were you, I'd go to the Starbucks near Vons. I promise you will have a way better experience.

Oh Starbucks. First, lemme say that the girl who helped me was very friendly. This review doesn't have anything to do with her. She's a 5 in terms of the review.The drive though was fine, the ordering was fine, the service was great.The tall latte was extremely mediocre at best. Actually not, it's not even enjoyable.It's too heavy and didn't have any foam to speak of. Plus, it wasn't even full. I worked at Starbucks in college in the 90s/early 2000s and we didn't have super automatic machines. Personally, I'd be on the bar manning a 4-group machine with a line out the door and I could make much better drinks than these automatic machines pump out today.To pay $5.25 for a tall latte that's not enjoyable just makes me regret going. I should have walked into Classic Coffee, Nambah Coffee, or Klatch Coffee instead and will do so next time.I'm guessing thier machines aren't maintained well which is why the automatic drink wasn't automatically good. The drive-up counter and wall were quite filthy. Even before I got my drink I thought to myself, wow, does anyone have a bottle of windex here? Same kind of feeling I get when I go into a dirty restroom at a restaurant. It's telling of how the entire place is run and it leaves me wanting to leave. Wiping down a counter and maintaining machines to provide consistent quality are the very basics when you run a coffee shop. At least some training has gone into the person who gave me my drink - she was very friendly. Or, maybe just a good hire and natural positive disposition. I do miss the earlier days of Starbucks when a secret shopper would actually weigh the drinks and ensure consistency and quality. I wonder if your team even understands how and why milk should be frothed properly and what that does to the drink? I've had this similar experience at various Starbucks for years now. I've just let it go as Starbucks is no longer my first choice. I'll always go to a local shop where they make their drinks by hand and where they care about the art of a great cup of coffee. That should have never been lost. In a local level, it's up to good management and employees that care to take care of their store and provide the best quality and service they can with the tools they have.

Coffee is always hot. Servers are friendly & kind. Sometimes lines can be long. Mobile orders are always ready whenever I pick-up. Seating are almost always never open. Overall, still my friendly, neighborhood Sbux!

Ordered a Latte got a drip coffee but I didn't realize it until I got to work so I had to drive back which was a pain in the @ss. I have never gotten my order screwed up since it's just a triple latte, but no one is perfect and the girl was nice about it just was a big inconvenience.

Honestly this by far is the WORST Starbucks that I have been to in my life. Absolutely no customer service the women that served me was rude and was talking bad about me right in front of my face with her coworker. I wish I could have said I had a better experience trying to have a good day but this was not the case for this Starbucks.

Came here with my mom at 12:17pm store 29985. Went to the walk up window because there was no one there and the drive thru had a huge line. She was helped by a tall slender boy with brown hair wearing a mask. He was not friendly in the slightest. She ordered a cold brew with sugar free vanilla, cinnamon and light heavy cream and she ended up waiting for over 20 minutes, when we finally went up to the window to ask about the drink it had been sitting there the whole time but the partner who took the order decided he didn’t want to call it out. I work at a drive thru Starbucks myself and can tell you that if we were to ignore a customer just because we were having a bad day it would not be accepted in the slightest. Sucks that she had to have that experience. I get it, drive thrus are busy, but it shouldn’t be so hard to be decent to others.

Went through drive thru and when I got to the window they had no change for a hundred dollar bill and I said I'll be right back with money I went to a Business literally across the street from Starbucks when I got back my order was gone they had to redo my order. I had ordered a cold brew nitro. They told me it's in Trenta the tallest size so I ordered it and when I went back I asked him is this the one because it looked different and it looks the same way after they remade it into a smaller cup. I'll tell you right now I'm never going back here again the white girl I didn't even get her name. She was very disrespectful. She thought she could get snappy and attitude with me but that's not how you do business and there's no communication between the employees and the customers, they should've told me they wouldn't be able to keep my order. They should've told me It'll be longer they should explain stuff before leaving and they don't explain nothing and when you're at work and your first break is only a certain amount of time you know you're going to get upset because the people that are supposed to be professional servers to you for your coffees and meals or whatever you're getting are lacking skills and proper communication and poor attitude...not coming back Albertsons across the street is way better
