I went and bought a sandwich. I got home and found mold on my bread in 2 different spots. Luckily I didn't eat it. It was dinner time and only had 2 employees working. I called back and even though the girl was nice she was clueless. I wasn't able to go back that night so I asked who was working the next morning and she said she didn't know. I asked her if they had a schedule and she said she didn't know. I will never go back.

No restrooms available to customers! Our hands were dirty and we wanted to wash them before eating and they changed the restroom to employees only. I thought that was against the law....

Oh my gosh! I LOVE SUBWAY! But, the two ladies working at the 146 N. Grand Ave in Glendora location on Wednesday, July 19, 2023 @ 11:50 am are totally incompetent. There is also a definite language barrier going on here. The customer (a lady) in front of me ordered a sub with turkey on it (i don't remember exactly what kind, like smoked or something). Anyway, the lady employee (Emp. #2) helping her couldn't understand her and Emp. #1 had to explain it to her. Finally after several attempts to communicate with Emp #2, the lady customer asked if she spoke Spanish and Emp. #2 answered, "yes." So the lady customer started to communicate with her in Spanish. Yet, when Emp. #2 was piling the meat in, the lady customer l, still not having faith in Emp. #2's abilities, asked Emp. #1 if the meat that Emp. #2 was putting on her sandwich was turkey. (It was). Whew, that wore me out and I hadn't even been waited on yet. Now, it was my turn. (I was praying that Emp. # 1 was going to help me. Well, i spoke too soon. I ordered two sandwiches. So far so good. But, I think I confused her when I asked her to wrap sandwich # 1 into two separate wrappings. She finally git it, but when I thought I was in the clear, without me requesting, she lathered my sandwich with a bunch of salt and pepper. I asked her why she did that. Emp. #1 answered, "You said salt and pepper." I NEVER asked for that, and she said that I did. (I NEVER have salt and pepper put in any of my sandwiches. I made her make me a totally new sandwich. (You can't unsalt and unpepper a sandwich). Boy, did i have a bad experience at this location. (146 N. Grand Ave, Glendora). I will AVOID this location at all costs in the future. Never have a problem at the Rte #66 location in Glendora. EVER!

the absolute worst subway i've ever been to. doesn't deserve a single star. the lady helping me could not speak english and screwed up my entire order. seems like she was helping fill in a short staff, dont event think she worked there. will never come back.

I came to get a tuna sandwich and noticed there was chicken, steak, and all different meats inside the tuna so I wouldn't recommend this subway to anyone!!!!

None None

The young man, serving me at the counter, had no desire to be there, and was extremely rude, and did not make the sandwich well at all. He finished the sandwich, and I just left. Will not go back to this place again.

I usually come here because service is good but today it wasn't the greatest. The young girl that helped pretty much just threw in what i asked for in a hurry. I also asked for avocado and only got 4 or 5 thick slices, when i asked if she was going to leave like that her response was that is the portion. Ok cool i get but the issue was that shes could have better served the items a customer requested. I would much rather have had the woman who was helping originally regardless it's service is good just depends on who helps you.

NO COUPONS!!! - After I ordered, had my sandwich made, and was ready to pay, I was advised "We don't accept coupons at this location". The sandwich that was supposed to cost $6.99 with coupon became an $11.50 one. I told her that was the only reason I came there. Had I known that, I would have gone to Raising Cane's or other place where I could have got a whole meal for less.Location was clean. Sandwich tasted okay - nothing great, nothing horrible. If I go to Subway again around here, it will be a location that accepts coupons.

Skinny girl, glasses, some purple in her hair. Attitude all day. Rushing to make the sandwich. Got my order wrong 2 time. Rushing when I'm the only customer. Other than that. Excellent subway. The other employees are lovely.

12/15/2022:I was waiting in the store to order a meatball sub. I had been waiting for several minutes when a taller man with dark hair and glasses joined the sandwich line from outside; before he walked to the line to put gloves on, he walked to the sink and rinsed his hands with water. The washing took less than five seconds. No soap was used. I stepped out of the line to order, walked to the register, and quietly told the lady also behind the line that I saw the man wash his hands without soap and that I would never be back. I have liver disease. These people took my life in their hands because they do not care. Do not eat here.ZERO STARS. DISQUALIFIED FOR THE MOST BASIC HEALTH VIOLATION.How do you move forward from this as a business? Make sure each person sees your people wash their hands. It will be a pain, but you have earned your lumps."Who cares? What does one sick person matter?"I have already told the assistant manager I know in Vons about what I saw and warned her to tell her people to get their sandwiches in the grocery store. That's not the last person I tell about this mess. I am extremely angry.

I had an excellent experience here at Subway. When I first got there, the counter person was very friendly and quick to make my sandwiches. They appeared to be understaffed but they still did the best job they could. They food was very good and fresh. Also, all the tables on the inside were freshly cleaned. I would really recommend this Subway for everyone!

I never went to a Subway where you had to "microwave" your food.

I’m not sure what her name is, Kila? She messed up on my sandwich, I asked her if they had Honey Oat and she said yes, instead it was wheat bread, I’m allergic to wheat bread. I went up there and she said at at their location she states “we call that bread honey oat”. Stupid. Then when we went to get it re-made she was throwing the ingredients on our sandwich. Moving extra slow. Purposely.
