I once again ordered a sandwich online and was once again disappointed. Last time, it was minor; not toasted as requested and skimpy on some of the add ons. The last one, though, did not have the avocado slices that I paid for (since both orders were made online, I didn't realize the problems until I got home). So, I sent a message to "corporate" to express my frustrations. Both times I got the same canned response:"I want to take a moment to thank you for contacting me and to extend my apologies for the less than ideal experience that you had in my restaurant. I understand that the preparation of your food during your visit did not meet your expectations. I know that we have let you down, and for that, my team at Subway® is sorry. My employees are trained to strict food prep guidelines and I have shared your valuable feedback with the restaurant team members to prevent this from happening in the future.Thank you for choosing Subway® and we look forward to seeing you soon.Paresh PatelCEO"See you again soon? Nope. Not gonna happen. On to Jersey Mike's. I don't even warrant someone looking at my email complaint. Just a canned response. Bye bye Subway.

I recently went into the Subway restaurant on Route 66 I noticed that they remodeled and put in a stainless steel cover over the meats and cheeses so that the public can no longer look and see what they're getting. If the indeed items are fresh and the ones you desire in your sandwich. Not when you slam lettuce and tomato on top of it and you get it home. And it's the wrong item. I want to see what's being put in my sandwich. I will look to find another restaurant chain that allows people to see what they're putting in your sandwich first-hand.

Friendly staff and great service but no restrooms. Customers need somewhere to wash hands before dining. I wonder where the staff wash their hands?

Normally the service is good and never really had problems with our sandwiches. Today I placed an order for 2 sandwiches the meatball sub and the sliced avocado Mexicali. My sandwich looked like they added the ingredients in a bowl shook it and put it between the bread with no avocado. I called and I let them know and all he could say was ok then silence for a good 5 seconds WTH!!!! I was waiting for him to make it right ..... nope ! Never again will I go to this location again it's like I inconvenienced him just because I called. I'm sorry that sandwich is $13.50 not cheap.

Management is very rude. Gray haired gentleman with glasses needs a course or customer service and care. Employees are always kind and helpful. It's unfortunate that the manager is so poorly trained.

This subway refuses to accept coupons. No signs posted paid almost double. Worker said "the owner won't let us accept them"Can subway issue coupons and a franchise refuse to honor them?Disappointed , Donna

I think the workers need more customer service training. And to speak up. You can barely hear them. One of the workers hides under his hair and visor and barely lets out any noise when speaking. Other than that, it's subway, and their sandwiches are good. The place was clean and organized.

Worst subway around...awful at wrapping up wraps....meat and cheese on one side and veggies on the other. A lot of little things go wrong...forget to add sauce, when I ask for chile peppers on only half they put it on the whole thing, over do it with the oil, forget to toast sandwiches, wrap up sandwiches so sloppy when you unwrap it it looks like a salad with the contents jumbled up. NEVER HAVE SOUP.

Usually when I want subway I come to this joint. I haven't had any problems in the past but this time definitely was the worst experience I have had. Ordered three sandwiches, a female employee wrapped all the sandwiches with 3 pieces of wrapping paper, put about 3 stickers on each one, and didn't even cut the sandwiches in half. When I went to go eat the sandwich it was like unwrapping a gift. I feel bad for the male employee because he had to keep fixing the female employee mistakes. I don't know if the female employee is new, but she definitely needs a whole walk through on how to make a sandwich.
