HATE THE PUSH FOR SELF SERVICE KIOSK. THATS SEEMS TO BE WHAT IS EXPECTED HERE. If the guy working would have at least made eye contact or said hi, or ill be right with you, that would have helped. I left after 7 min on non acknowledgement. I wont ever go back.

It took 35 minutes to get 2 tacos in the drive thru. When I arrived it was 3 PM and there were 4 cars in front of me. 35 minutes later I got my order. I watched the lines in the drive thru next door at McDonald's. They served 15 cars while I waited in line. Terrible!
Last night I stop by Taco Bell to buy supreme burritos with I receive look like baby burritos that look like like the size of tacos. This is the worst Taco Bell experience I've ever had. Next time I rather go to del Taco.

No one in the store. Just 2 kiosks. Iced coffee was not good. Food was great. Tables and chairs were dirty.
Their new system--automated ordering--is NOT something I am fond of. I think most of us WILL miss the personal service/touch of the old way.
