Love the coffee, and the service is usually great. However, the drive thru line can get really rowdy when it extends out into the parking lot. It usually branches into two directions, with drivers aggressively inching forward to keep their place in line. Almost got into a fender bender today when someone insisted their branch was the right one. (Hint: there is no right branch, it's poorly designed, so just keep track of who got there first.)

The ladies who were working there when I went both times were great. Very attentive, very busy in their work. Nice city view. You can dine in or sit on the patio.

I have nothing against people who are English learners (English is my 2nd language….) but at least have someone that is fluent at the drive through. I got charged EXTRA for “oat milk” when I clearly asked for OATMEAL. I was already late & then i had to wait for the oatmeal to be ready. It was a lady with a wrap/cloth around her head. She didn’t seem sorry about it either, had a bit of an attitude. I probably will not be coming back to this location.

The food items were good but the coffee was not great. The sugar alcohol was very noticeable.

I placed a mobile order today for my husband to pick up. Order was supposed to be ready at 2:52p he got there at 3:10p and my baked goods were not with the order. He asked an employee about it and she didn't acknowledge nor work on the baked goods. Someone else told her and then she made it. I don't understand why people work in a customer service position if you cannot provide decent customer service. No one is asking for above and beyond, just basic human respect. Very sad. I left a voicemail but after reading the reviews, I highly doubt this will be addressed.

I'm always going through the drive thru so there's that. Everytime i get my vanilla iced coffee and i drink it my stomach hurts. Not sure why. I am actually a gluten free person. Not sure if they add something that has gluten, but i stopped going there because of the reaction to the coffee. I might go back and try the teas..

Incredibly rude general manager and staff. My friend and I were surprised they were open on Christmas so we decided to stop by. Ordered our drinks, which they made wrong, but my friend and I didn't taste them until after we left. While still at the ordering screen, we informed the guy we wanted separate orders & that we had a reward on each of our accounts for a free pastry. The guy was really confused when we got to the window so we kindly explained to him. He was the only nice one. The general manager pops in to say she won't let us redeem the reward even though the guy already scanned and took my friend's reward from her phone, flipped us off and then shut the window. After some time, another employee (F) with green hair streaks opened the window and was acting very snobby. Of course we were explaining what happened, and my friend mentioned that she even recorded the conversation with the general manager for proof of how she was talking to us (I will attach video later), to which the employee says "I was about to give you my employee discount for your danishes but now that you said that" and made an ugly face. Then she proceeds to tell us that she hated working there, and that the same general manager we just dealt with has been screaming at them every day that month. terrible ambiance. All of a sudden, we look to our right and see that the cops were called while we were trying to sort things out. We parked and talked to them, showed them our phones and the recording, and ended up laughing with the cops over their immature incompetence and terrible customer service.

The coffee was great. The servers were a little rude. Not in the sense that they were mean, but sometimes gen z kids need to learn proper etiquette and not treat everyone like a peer. A little more respect would be cool.

If I could give 10 stars I would. I asked for extra whip in my matcha ice blend. As soon as I saw the whipped cream beast I lost all bodily function and could not stop laughing. The barista asked if this was ok and again all I could respond with was laughter. They made my day and as always my matcha ice blend was perfect.

What good does it do when they have 50% off drinks today, but they only have milk products for a latte? No almond milk, no soy. I can't drink regular milk. What a rip off. I'm very disappointed.

Had a very negative experience Friday after ordering coffee and food. Staff do not smile and welcome the customers. Just a regular coffee came after 10 minutes and the young guy said they don't have the croissant we ordered after 10 minutes without even saying sorry. The coffee came cold and when I told another girl who work there, she seemed annoyed then turned and said "will take 8 minutes" while walking away. I try not to go there because of similar experience I had in the past. The coffee was cold last time I visited there also and same kind of attitude staff showed without any apologies. It's the management issue and lack of training I believe. I own businesses and if my employees behaved in such a manner, he or she would be immediately disciplined, needlessto say. I'll never go there and will tell others as well. The corporate office must take a closer look this store. Very disappointing!!!

Updated! Ran around what seems like all of Los Angeles County during an incredibly busy day to escape and get work done. Hopped around three niche cafes before getting overstimulated from the crowded and noisey environment. Why do coffee shops in SGV close so early on a Friday!!?? It is CRUCIAL for a cafe to have POWER OUTLETS, plenty of seating, and GOOD WIFI! This Coffee Bean + Tea Leaf has got to be the most reliable around. Closes late and is almost always empty around dinner time. Showed up annoyed and tired hoping to get some studying done and found comfort in knowing my seat is always open here. if you're a student in the area that likes working in cafes, this is your best bet. Music choice has definitely gotten an upgrade since my last review haha. All in all, this is my Old Faithful. Iced Chai always taste the same, wifi connection always strong, and power outlets always available.

Lol I laughed at the girl fumbling her words trying to tell me where to wait for my drink so she took extra long to fill my large cup with ice and black coffee.. lol it's already been over 10 mins, I tipped her a dollar cause why not. I eventually had to ask another person and they made my drink, props to the dude doing his job, find a better one.
