Visiting California with some family and I’m Vegan. Thought this experience would be great. But i was wrong, first of all it doesn’t mention you cannot walk in and order inside. Wasted 20’min driving here to be told to order on grub hub, waited 25 min for the order to be made, only to get there and they tell me they never received it, after waiting an hour for the food, I check my bag and my order wasn’t even correct, after telling them it was wrong they admitted they didn’t even have the sandwhich i ordered. They deliberately ignored our request for this item, not letting us know ahead of time that they did not have it. And just gave us what ever they decided fit their needs. 10 nuggest and we paid $14 for this burger. Now we’re 70 minutes into our order and they still have no explanation or sense of urgency for customer service! We will never come back to this location let alone the entire establishment. 10 yrs of restaurant experience and I hope management see’s this because you guys need to get it together. Calling it an impossible shop and today it’ll be impossible for me to enjoy this $45 order for 3 items! Complete disappointment!

The Impossible shop is a ghost kitchen inside of Dog Haus! Got the chili cheese fries and they were soooo good. Ngl, pricey but worth it. And their packaging is so cute !
