World-class Dennys!! We stumbled onto this location and took a chance on breakfast. Excellent Manager and Waiters. Speedy service. Very tasty food. We have a Dennys near our home but it's terrible, so we stopped going. We'll be back to the Glendora location at every opportunity!

If I could leave a negative 5 stars I would. I placed an order for pick up and when I got there the guy (wears glasses) said "the order was just placed you need to give us time" which was not true it was placed 30 minutes before and online said it was ready for pick up. I asked him if it was the bag sitting on the counter. He didn't even check he said "no" and walked away. A lady came and asked the name and of course it was the bags I said. The guy then comes back up grabs the bags and pretends to weight lift with them and said "I'm so cocky huh?" I didn't respond I just grabbed the bags and he says "you're going to drop them do you want me to take them to your car?" I said no and left. It didn't seem like he was being helpful it was super creep and made me feel very uncomfortable.

My best friend and two kids came here last night and had the worst service. The waitress took our order, brought our drinks and then we didn't see her for 30 minutes. There were four other families in the restaurant and we still didn't see her for 30 minutes then we were eating still and she brought us to go containers, we never even asked for them, she brought our check right away. We waited for her to come back because we needed refills on our drink. We never got the refills. My godson's plate of pancakes looked so gross. The whip cream was oily, and when we told her that he didn't like it she said that the whip cream is supposed to look like that because they didn't whip it all the way, which is such a sad excusebecause whip cream does not look like it has oil and it's brown then 20 minutes into my Best Friend being home she was throwing up this morning. I was throwing up from the food last night. The kids were throwing up also We will never go to this location

There is a server here and she was rude to my 4 yr old son saying oh that he's special and it's all because I asked for a small glass and she brought a big glass instead she's lucky she didn't get slapped trying to get her name, but they won't give it to me.

Came in on a weekend late night. Server was a guy with glasses in his 20s. Was passive aggressive and weird. Service was extremely slow. Almost forgot one of my order until an hour in. Food was burned or undercooked. Gave 17% tip but deserved much less. This location is horrible. I recommend the one in Covina or Duarte.

Me and a couple of friends went to dennys around 10:00, and after she took our order and got our drinks it took 45 minutes to get the attention of the server. Then when we were ready to pay the bill it took another 45 minutes to get the check. Probably one of the worst expueriences ive had. Probably not going back again.

How does an establishment have 7 violations and still be an A? Read through the areas where "Standard Not Met" and we are expected to just accepts an A rating? Something is very wrong with those we trust to ensure restaurants are meeting the STANDARDS. I had my own horrible experience today which made me look this information up. It's public ppl. Know what you are eating.... Waitress was great , however I informed the waitress that the Santa Fe skillet was a little undercooked and if they can bring out another one for me. Maybe the cook got upset and he burnt the food .i don't think that our food should have been burnt just because we had a "complaint".

Placed order with door dash for country fried steak with mash. Received order with no mash. I have a huge problem spending my money and not receiving what I ordered. Shows the lack of care of the business and its employees and lack of respect of their customers and the money they spend. The front is supposed to ck the order before it goes out and obviously they don't. Waste of my money and time. Will never order from this terrible place ever again and strongly suggest you don't either.

Nuria is not friendly at all. The service here is turtle pace even though it's not busy... server does not come back until less flag her down. They had no salads available today, something about the manager putting in the wrong inventory/food order so they never received lettuce? So my son- who only wanted a salad tonight- and because of this, waited in the car while the rest of our family ate here since we were all seated and drinks had been ordered when we were told this. They shouldn't have a sign posted on the front entrance door so customers are aware of this before they are seated. The steak was over cooked and salty, garlic toast had burnt pieces on it, and I never received my pumpkin pancakes. When I brought this up to Nuria when I asked for our check, she never even apologized- she just said, "oh yeah, do you still want it right now?" No thanks, my whole family is done eating and my son is waiting in the car because you guys didn't have salads today. One of my kids chicken tenders was cut into when they served it to us, and no one ever came back for refills or to go boxes. Literally have to flag them down and wait forever. Then to top all of this off, no one knew how to scan the Dennys barcode on my app for the rewards. My goodness. What a bad experience all in all.

Ordered the Whole grain pancakes and they were so good ! I hadn't been to Dennys in forever and glad I know there is one up the street from me now when I'm craving these pancakes
