The service and food was top quality. It was fresh and tasty. I ordered the veggie bowl with chicken. It had all the right textures of freshly made food. The hot sauce I added was spicy but not overpowering. I recommend it if you like a little spice to your meal. Definitely will be back!
Service was GREAT! I ordered online only to find out their power was off. Staff still made food quickly. I felt so sorry for them, it had to be over 110 degrees there, it was 100 degrees outside. Someone needs to pay their bill. They were the only ones without power. Owner should care more about their employees!!! Employees were terrific, gave one star to owner, staff deserves five stars!!

Today I went to this Waba Grill location and found that the employees there were working in the heat because the location had lost power. This is unacceptable. It is NOT ok to have employees working in that condition for over four hours!! The service was great as always but I can't understand how management and anyone above can allow for their workers to have to work in those conditions. Please do better for your employees
Good place, I come here often but out of no where they tried charging me for “hot sauce packets” I get the sweet sauce but hot sauce? I think it’s absurd all I asked for 4 packs and was getting charged. This is actually one of the only waba grills that chargers for sauces it’s absurd. Not stepping foot here

They messed up on two of our soups and when I called them to fix this mistake, the cashier simply apologized for it and was about to let me go when I demanded to be given a refund or to be given the correct soups. So the cashier spoke to her manager , and at first the manager did not want to accommodate us. I insisted they did, so the manager said we had to go in tonight, on the very same day of the original order. I said that we couldn't go tonight, if they could accommodate us another day and the manager said no that it had to be that same night. Horrible customer service. So unprofessional. I've never received treatment like this before. To not own up to their mistake and make the refund available for only one night ?! Will the soups cease to exist after tonight ? Shame on you manager. You lost regular customers. I'd give zero stars if I could.

Every time I come to this location I am pleasantly surprised at the consistency. They give you plenty of meat unlike the San Dimas location which is an absolute embarrassment. From now on, I will only visit this location as you get your moneys worth and you get quality service unlike San Dimas.

I saw the commercials on the tv, searched out a location close by. Got in my car, drove there, service was good, food no big deal, I won't go back.
