Employees need a training on customer service. Three times today employees were with carts and expected the customer to move their cart so they could get through. Not once did I hear "excuse me." Two of the three were young adults and the other one was old enough to know better. I wonder why I always take my business back to Target.

Just witnessed a homeless man get assaulted by Walmart employees he tried to leave but the doors were locked and they mocked him like ahahaha so he had a small bag of groceries. Meanwhile another guy walked out set off the alarms and left the store. Walmart employees are doing too much. They snatched the bag from the man and swung pushed him. That's assault and pretty sad that another man said he would've paid for the small bag it's Christmas time the employees should have a heart. I hope they get that big raise for stopping mocking and assaulting a homeless man. I think the employees are all on drugs the way they be acting. NOT all of the employees are bad but the ones tonight should be ashamed

The new configuration and products is terrible. Along with the new self checkouts. They put in a bunch of registers but 3/4 were off or broken. asto items, example looking for English muffins - they aren't in the bread isle or be eggs (just one type), but on an end cap by frozen foods? Looked for hot chocolate mixes - they only had the large containers on the self and the small individual boxes on the fry top shelf stacked vertically so you can't see the type. Walmart is a mile from my house but I'm gong to drive the three miles to a larger grocery store for items.

What a dump. Also, if the lady at the exit wants to security check every item against the receipt then she should plan to get her own hands dirty. Don't make the customer pull everything out for you. That's just lazy.

Walmart is currently under construction and I understand that. However, the parking lot is littered with shopping carts. There's nowhere to park them and hard to find a parking spot for cars. Inside, I saw one checker at a check stand. Another five people were standing and watching customers check out their own groceries. Whatever happened to customer service? I need an item in a locked cabinet. I pressed the button indicating help would come and waited and waited. Nobody came. So I asked one of the people who was watching customers check out their own groceries to please send somebody over. I waited another 10 minutes and still nobody came. It amazes me that they can have five or six employees watching customers check out their own groceries, yet nobody can come unlock a cabinet. Unbelievable!

This review is strictly for the pick-up delivery service. I ordered a spotlight lamp online this morning, and the order was ready fairly promptly. I paid an extra $0.10 for the bag, and no bag--only lamp. It's not a big deal, and service was prompt. A lady brought the lamp out within five minutes of me tapping that I was in the reserved spot. She confirmed my last name, and I was on my way.

Walmart has the worst customer service ever! The scooter I was on broke down & no one has come to help me and it's been over 30 min...all their scooters are always broken or they do not have enough for the people who REALLY need them!!!! Walmart is terrible! I'm going on 35 min of waiting for someone to come help me and they write notified about the situation; I didn't come to Walmart to sit in an aisle; I have things to do!!!

The stars are for the workers. Theyve generally been very helpful and courteous. Tonight, 8.12.23, mary was a wonderful help to me getting all the bags into the little cart, carefully not squishing fruits and such. One big plus is they brought back manned cashier stations which is very helpful if you have mobility issues and use the mobile cart. One caution on the mobile scooters. They'll say 100% on the charge level, but after a few minutes it might drop to 50% or lower. This happened to me tonight. In the hour I used it, it went from 100% to 15% by the time I made it to the car. Just a cautionary mention.

Huge store, but the check out is the problem for me.... So longggggg lines. Always a problem at scan n go or at self check out. Good luck in waiting to get assistance. Other than that cool store/ found what we needed before a family gathering near by. Other than that you would not catch me here.

I wanted to thank the store manager, Jesse for his professionalism and promptness. After being told to return three times to pick up my specialized canvas photo, I was getting frustrated. However, this morning Jesse made it possible to receive the photo along with a kind demeanor. Thank you again Jesse.

Terrible location I know I was cutting it close showing up at 10:30 and trying to buy a ps5 controller but mine died at that last second and gave out but I figured I'd try my best to keep the game going with the boys ! It was enough time to get their and buy a controller at 10:15 lol booooy was I wrong !!!!! but that age old worthless Walmart managers make everything ok bye sending the guys home early or just not staffing enough I walked around the store for nearly a half hour trying to find someone that wasn't a nigh stock shift employee and an a day time employee with keys to open the electronics cabinet for me to over 100 dollars worth of product so I walked to the front and was flat out told Ohh yea they came up here and clocked out 15 minutes ago no attempt to even ask what was going on even a care in the world it seems as time goes bye after COVID company's have more and more freedom to do whatever they want and screw the customer or just disregard them completely !!! I'll make sure to never buy at another Walmart again even if I have to spend more money it's worth it 100% to me

The store only has two checkouts available and the lines are super long. They want everyone to use the self checkout. I won't bother coming back to Walmart.

A sheer an utter disaster that can be summed up to an abomination. I walked in to get copies of keys, and the machine says, "we are sorry for the inconvenience, but this is out of order." so I walk up to the woman who is checking the receipts for the customers walking out and she tells me that there is another key copy machine on the other end of the store. I walk to the Lawn department and there is no machine. I asked her 2 esteemed colleagues who were working so incredibly diligently ( they were sitting down) and they just shrugged her shoulders. Walmart, I don't even know how you can actually call yourself a business. I can sense the inevitable chapter 12 (bankruptcy) in the near future as other businesses, such as Amazon will clear you out.
