If I could give this place negative stars I would. It's always something everytime I order. It's either the make something wrong or they forget something and if you call they give some excuse. Seriously save your money. This is the last time I order from here. If you're the owner of this place you should start firing people.

Ordered for pickup. Group of kids messing/playing in the back (literally braiding and touching each others hair). We watched as no proper procedures were being taken, such as washing hands. Had to cancel order and individual proceeded to "pretend" to throw the bag of food. Extremely unprofessional, their parents should be embarrassed.

Walked in last night was greeted with "Just to let you know the wait is at least 25 minutes"It didn't look busy, I left... after looking at the reviews I totally understand why they don't have many stars... owner needs to get a grip on things. Prime location. I won't go back.

Called in an order on a Friday afternoon for lunch, was told it would take about 15 mins. Arrived at the store 15 mins later and my order was hot and ready. Was greeted by a very nice and friendly girl. Place was busy but was served timely. Ordered 12 bone in wings in each of these flavors Lemon Pepper, Garlic and Hot Honey. The order was accurate and very good. Had a very good experience and will come back again!

Went into this place and they had a sign saying 8.99 for a combo of a Cajun chicken sandwich Cajun fries and a drink. I asked guy who was the cashier named Damian. So it 8.99 he said yes. My total came to 14.32. So I looked at the receipt and the combo was 12.99. So I went back to Damian and said you said it was 8.99. He goes oh for the chicken sandwich. I said well the sign says Cajun chicken sandwich, Cajun fries, and a drink 8.99. No offer of trying to make it right. Be careful of the scams.

HORRIBLE service , I ordered for delivery and they forgot my fries and drinks , called the store , they said is nothing they can do about it to call corporate about it ...food was disgusting nothing but oil...$80 dollars down the

Not sure why people like these places. They taste awfully bland to me. I’d rather go to albertsons and get a bunch of wings there. Even though they are overpriced too at least the wings have flavor.

I use to come here all the time a couple years ago. It would be just what I needed when I was cutting carbs and needed the protein. I was looking forward to trying again and boy was I disappointed! Every piece is terribly dry and overcooked. Barely a bite actual meat. I don't even taste the mild flavor at all. They didn't even completely peel the damn carrots before serving. I ignored the more recent reviews because they didn't highlight my typical order and that was a mistake. Will not be returning.

Came in first was the closest to the pick up was ignored 3 times while others who can in after me got helped. I had to raise my voice to get acknowledged meanwhile my food was getting cold.

I ordered a 15 piece tenders for 27 DOLLARS and they all came as black as the box they come in. Ordered through doordash and complained so they did a reorder. And then they came JUST AS BURNT AS THE FIRST TIME! For the amount of money they charge it's ridiculous that there is so little effort put into quality. Never ordering from this location again!
