We have been going to various Cajun Kitchen locations for decades. Consistently tasty, well prepared food. Creative Cajun spins on breakfast and lunch.

Great service and even better breakfast. Nice sort of dive/1960s style restaurant. Had chicken and waffles and my servers were top tier.

It was a little wait but it was worth it...the chicken fried steak perfect. French toast was the best part.

Went here on a Sunday morning and it was packed! We were able to score a booth that had a table added to it to fit our party of 7.The jambalaya and eggs (with the side of cornbread) were amazing! The shrimp was cooked perfectly and the dish overall had a nice little kick, but wasn't too spicy. It was savory and went well with the sweet cornbread added to it. I would 100% order again. The coffee is from a local SB roaster, so that is a must! Plus, do yourself a favor and order the table a plate of beignets! The service was very nice and accommodating! I would recommend this little gem of a breakfast place.Parking: Parking was really crowded and small, especially on Sunday mornings. I was able to find a spot after waiting a few minutes, but the rest of my party had to park elsewhere. There is free parking across the street, which I would recommend. The free parking lot of the establishment fools you into thinking that there is extra space, but there isn't AND it is hard to turn around and get out if you are stuck.

Nice local spot with comfort foods. Great for breakfast or lunch. Diner style ambiance.

I thought usually it's quite good, but I once ordered a steak cooked rare, and 1/3 of the inside was still cold. That was embarrassing. But otherwise, the portions are very hearty. I personally recommend trying the jambalaya, which is really delicious.

Food and drink was good value was good. What I happened to have was a B.L.T. sandwich w/ fries sandwich was OK at best dry no real flavor and fries were freshService was better than most places these days.Kid-friendliness: It seemed to be kid friendly since some folks kid was free range running wild and screaming at the top of its lungs. However no one said anything though many others where not happy
