We love getting their cakes for our birthdays but they are so understaffed. It's always painful doing the pickup because there is a long line and only one person working. Every time I regret ordering the cake.

The shorter girl is the best customer service worker I’ve met, the day she stops working is the day coldstone loses the one good thing it has the ice creams good but their service is better ?

Usually I have had good services here, but tonight changed my mind. The employees shut the door and put a sign in front of it 45 minutes before closing, but allowed in their friends to hang out and chat. I tried to wave them down to ask why they were closed but they refused to make eye contact. They sat in the corner furthest from the door on their phones hanging out with friends. I'm really disappointed cause previously I have liked this location.

I came in to pick up a chocolate ice cream cake. They had a variety of selections including a Barbie cake! All the prices are listed for each kind and size of the cake, making it easy to find the best one. The store was very clean and the staff was quick to make sure I was on my merry way- I had 2 brothers birthdays to celebrate!

don't come in here at 9:50pm because even with 10 minutes left till closing and a customer literally being served ice cream right in front of you by a worker, they will deny you service and tell you to leave. will not be returning to this location in the future. literally just wanted a barbie ice cream...nothing too difficult ):

Nice ice cream shop. Notified employee there is a peanut allergy. They replaced the scoop, cleaned the top, and got fresh ice cream near the bottom of the container. Outside seating is available but it is windy. Bring a boba straw to make milkshake easier to enjoy.

Just took my kid Roberto to cold stone so he would stop complaining about failing his math test the ice cream wasn't bad but my kid still threw a tantrum. Thanks cold stones
The girl on the phone around 7 pm on 9/26 was very rude. She was laughing and making rude remarks. Not good customer service at all!!!!

Hopefully the manager(s) read this review. Because Thomas in Goleta is one of the best customer service representatives I've ever met. Everytime we've come in this summer he's been here working hard with a smile on his face! The eating area has been clean and well stocked with spoons and napkins. He is respectful and kind to our kids.I overheard him saying he was pulling a double shift today (4th of July) not complaining just explaining why he was solo. What a great guy. I hope he gets the praise and appreciation he rightfully deserves. He's doing an excellent job. Thanks for working hard Thomas!

Just wanted to get ice cream. But as a POC woman i heard one of the workers (i believe his name was Thomas) say the n word NOT ONCE but MULTIPLE TIMES in my ice cream trip. Made me feel incredibly uncomfortable.

I've been going to Cold Stone's with my family for 15+ years. We all love their ice cream and have our favorites. It has gotten very expensive in the last few years (which is why 4 stars, not 5), but I totally stand by their product. We particularly enjoyed tipping the staff when they used to sing songs in response.
