My husband and I walked to old town to eat at a local restaurant. The one where we planned to eat, was closed when we arrived so we walked on a few blocks peaking in at other places to eat. Then we came to Del Valle Grill. Easily one of my favorite Mexican restaurants in SB. A nice middle ground between Lily's and Los Agaves. Super friendly couple and the food is always consistent. Try their super tacos.

The food here is decent. My favorite is the fajita burrito. This place is near the Toyota dealership on hollister. The ambiance is just ok, but the service has always been good and the staff is very friendly. I come here maybe once every couple months whenever I'm up this way. Its a good place to stop in for a quick bite to eat.
