i loveee jersey mikes so no complaints about the food but the workers here are not it from what i've seen. this is the closest jersey mikes to my house so we come here often. they're not very professional and they're often in the back (out of view, like not at the counter) chatting...i've had about one experience that has been good but the employee had a pin on his hat that was a picture of trump giving the middle finger. i don't really think that's appropriate for a business, but at least he didn't act snooty and unprofessional like some of the other workers i've had experiences with.

Staff are so friendly and helpful in overall. They are so efficient and helpful. Sandwiches are always fresh and delicious. Kids friendly environment and nice and warm ambiance. I highly recommend it :)

In Goleta for business and had some time before my next meeting. Wanted a quick meal but some place I could hang out for a bit. I had not been to Jersey Mikes before, so since it was right in front of me I decided to give it a try. Came into a nice, clean dining area with some fun music playing. No one was in line so I had to order. Line panic! Didn't even know what they offered. I was told to take my time and order when I was ready. All people I dealt with were friendly and mellow. Lots of smiles. Cool. Decided on the Original Italian regular size sandwich. Provolone, ham, prosciuttini, cappacuolo, salami, and pepperoni. Chose the regular sandwich bread, nothing fancy. Next, as the meats and cheese were being freshly cut, another sever asked about mayo, mustard a definite yes. Then, did I want "Mike's Way". What's that? Lettuce, onion, tomato, oregano, oil and vinegar. Another yes from me. Checked out and went to a table. Unwrapped the sandy and it smelled great. As usual for me, I started eating before I remembered to take a picture. Sorry for the gnawed on half shown. Delicious. I am a fan of Italian subs and this one reminded me of the ones I had in Joy-zee. Yum. I will come back and will order the same but skip the Mayo and mustard and just have it Mike's Way. The place got pretty busy around noon. Go. Eat Well. Have Fun!P.S. This is not a knock on this establishment, but what's with the tipping requests? I understand it was a thing during Covid to appreciate people who came out to work, but that's over. Let's let that go. Tipping is for people that don't make minimum wage and actually serve and take care of you over a period of time, like when at a sit down restaurant. IMHO.

Jersey Mike’s never lets me down. Never have to twist anyone’s arm at home when I want a real sub sandwich. Fast, courteous service even when they’re busy.

Mike's does subs right, and this location is no exception. The staff is always friendly and do a good job. Whether it's the #8 (Club Sub) or #17 (Mike's Famous Philly) it's always delicious. I prefer my cold subs done Mike's Way with some banana pepper, she prefers just lettuce, tomato, and light mayo. Either way, we're both happy.

Lunch time and my favorite # 9 was on my mind. I was greeted and my order was taken almost immediately by Chloe. This was a GREAT example of what how customer relations should be. Chloe asked me exactly how I wanted my sandwich to be, if there was anything else I wanted and always made eye contact with me as she asked her questions. ALL Jersey Mike's should have a Chloe working within their stores. GREAT JOB Chloe!!!
