Hours of operation needs to be updated. Both google and the Starbucks app show that the store opens at 4:30, so I put in a mobile order at 5. It was a little frustrating to have to sit around for 30 minutes until they opened up. Had I known that was the case I would have continued with my travels and gotten it at a different store. Other than that, the service and coffees were fine.

This one opens the earliest. The staff is really nice. There was one girl there this morning that greeted me so nicely. What a sweetie. A nice way to get my morning started.

This is your typical Starbucks in regards to drinks and food. I liked that they had a customer of the week and pup-acino wall with dog pics. However, I was super frustrated at the lack of organization the other day. I ordered two of the same drinks. One came out and then the barista started making other drinks for other customers. I was trying to be patient since it was a little busy but watching about four or five drinks come out while I'm waiting for a second drink is extremely frustrating. I then saw the staff on the register finish taking orders and then make my second drink. I'm sorry, what? So frustrating!! This isn't the first time organization or lack of staff training has become apparent. Just another reminder why i don't come to this Starbucks.

Wait time is extensive. I asked for my drink after waiting 15 mins. and the vicious barista game me watered down iced coffee. This is the worst because the manager is in and part of this careless behavior. Next step, calling corporate office. Can't believe how many bad review it has an nothing has changed.

Teo, Liana Kylie are AMAZING. Helped us rally during a Bachelorette Party from hell. They were quick, efficient and honestly lifted our spirits. They made us coffee and mad us laugh. I never leave reviews for chains but this team is so kick ass and deserve all the love.

This Starbucks has the most *consistent* service in terms of friendliness and attentiveness in the Santa Barbara area. Surprising since most employees here are are at the age where it's cool to act apathetic
