The Caesar salad is GROSS!!! Don't ask for extra dressing because it's garlic water. It's sweet and watery. To add insult to injury, the chicken is tough and has absolutely NO seasoning.

Really good, fresh, fast, reasonable priced food. Had the wild Alaskan salmon special for $17 and the others had pasta - all very good. Entire meal for 4 with 3 drinks was $90. Exceptional in Goleta.

They just miss. Good Menu, bad execution. Really bad. The Turkey burger is so so. The bun is way too big. They don't know how to grill onions, and the meat is tasteless. Fries seem to be frozen. The salads are so-so. Don't order them To go unless you want to risk them swimming in oil. The grilled chicken on the salads is pretty good. But be prepared for at least a few chunks of gristle. The chilis aren't great. The best things are the desserts. I'd pass.

A central coat institution, The Natural Cafe still delivers a tasty meal. I recently had my usual, an Old town salad with sauteed tofu and their signature tahini dressing. Really good. The prices are quite reasonable, and the quality and consistency are notable. Recommended.

Great place for some healthy options for lunch.I had the turkey sandwich. It came with nice thick slices of turkey - so you could tell it was not processed. It included lettuce, tomatoes, and sprouts. I really liked it. It also was large enough for two meals.The vegetarian burritos were also very good.Best of all however, was the flourless chocolate cake. Don’t leave without trying that.Great place to get lunch.
The pasta was kinda disappointing.. it wasnt bad but i expected more from the price. It's nice to study outside though

Clean inside and outside, delicious affordable healthy food, friendly service! Ordered NATCHOS and they were so good, with short grain brown rice which was a yummy addition. THE CARROT CAKE was made with REAL CARROTS and just like the original recipe..another Yum! Glad we discovered!

Stopped in here and got the nachos grande which was delicious! Order at the counter and they bring it to you. Inside and outside seating. Plenty of parking as it’s part of a larger complex with tons of stores and restaurants.
