Great place, I love the soft music.

Straightforward good food. Chicken parm sandwich is good and the pizza is satisfying. Not as good as the boujee spots but that's not why I come here

Mediocre Italian food. Not much flavor. Kind of bland and boring. I honestly can make better at home and probably should've this night. The only reason why I even ordered here was because my coworker gave me a gift card. Which the owner didn't even allow me to use it. He gave me some strange face when I pulled it out. Didn't even try to honor it and I paid instead. I believe she got it from a different location. And this business is a franchise so I'm assuming they don't allow gift cards to be used at this location. Owner was rude about it. Will never return here. Might as well open a can of chef Boyardee because that's exactly what it tasted like. Waste of money

Chicken Parmesan was so dry and the sauce was tasteless. The Alfredo tastes like oil and milk absolutely no flavor. And they put no meat sauce on the penne it was just thick marinara sauce that tasted like hunts tomato ketchup. I'm surprised because other ameci's have been really great and this has been the worst one me and my family have ever eaten..

Been coming here for years since I was in jr high it hasn't really changed I still pass by every once in awhile when I'm feeling nostalgic gotta get my pepperoni calzone fix every so often and this is one of the only places that actually makes it the right way with ricotta cheese calzones are garbage without it you Wana have a good day all you need is a big a+$ calzones dipped in that red sauce with some crushed red peppers only thing you gonna need after is a nap from that food coma ... Stop by and try it..... Your welcome

Ordered mozzarella sticks. Probably the worst sticks I have ever had. I say sticks because they had no mozzarella inside. The antipasto salad didn’t have fresh iceberg lettuce. The pastrami sandwich had very little meat. I didn’t order a pizza but after seeing these ingredients in what I did order…Not worth it. You will be disappointed go somewhere else. Also, while I was waiting for my order this poor lady and son had been waiting for their order since I had arrived. She got up to ask if it was almost ready and they hadn’t even started making it. She said she had called it in around 2:20pm and it was 3:15pm. I felt so bad for them. They left empty handed and got her money back. After she left the staff and manager where laughing at her remarks. The lady was not rude to the staff at all. She had expressed her frustration and said she was very disappointed and kindly asked for her money back from cashier and asked to speak with the manager. Very sad to see staff and manager be so careless and rude. Won’t be coming back after seeing how they treat customers.

This Amecci's is the worst. The wait time is super long and the customer service is the worst. I've literally been waiting here for almost and hour and they told me 30 mins. the cashiers are rude and the manager is even more rude. This establishment needs work. I didn't even want to give them 1 star.

Stick to takeout. Food here is pretty basic comfort food. Service is nice but I have doubts on cleanliness.I’ve been wanting to leave a review for their pizzas which are comfortingly good when fresh. We’ve been ordering takeout for a couple of years now. Unfortunately I’m leaving a review now because I’m so dumbfounded by our first dine-in experience here.We ordered 2 large pizzas and Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo that includes a small garlic bread. We decided to get a fountain drink since it was myself, my husband and our three little ones. She proceeds to tell me the prices for each size - small $1.99, medium $2.99 and large $3.99. I asked if there were refills and was told they give one refill. I ordered a large lemonade. We finished it and I get up to ask for the refill. They fill the cup 3/4 up. I begin to walk away and see my family.. I decide I should turn back and ask if they can fill it to the top. The gentleman replies that he can fill it to the top for an additional $2 charge. 1/4 of the top of a large equates to the price of a small fountain drink. I’m confused and ask to make sure. He repeats what he said and so I decline.I’m leaving a review because I honestly don’t understand where the loss occurs when pouring one refill to the brim.

Should have looked on yelp first lol my mistake! Ordered two personal pizzas. One bbq chicken and one custom with beef onion bell peppers and pepperoncini.. we asked for it two be WELL DONE. And they were NOT! Asked for extras onions on my bbq chicken and there was regular amount. Service was good by a polite cashier but the food could have been wayyyyy better. My bbq chicken was a 3.5/5, 4/5 if you include putting ranch on it (which was an addition charge) and my husbands pizza was 2/5. $35 and glad I didn't tip.
