My family and I ordered the Famous Star with cheese. The burgers were not cooked properly. I got about 3 bites in, and the 4th bite was cold.One of my family members ended up sick that night, and I ended up sick the day after.This photo is of the idiot that parked outside and apparently didn't care he took up almost 3 spots.

Stop by this morning at around 5:30, went thru the drive thru to place an order which took them a while to answer. When they answered the first thing that came out of their mouth was: We're on break we didn't think someone would stop by. All of you on break, Really. If you're going to have a sign that says open 24 hrs live up to the expectation. Or at the least put out a sign that says: Sorry everyone is currently on break come back in 15 mins!

One star for ok service. The food was mediocre and the prices INSANE. We paid over $30 for a meal for two and I didn't even get a drink OR a side! Absolutely bonkers. Eff Carls Jr.
They sometimes only take cash when you come late at night. Also they charge 25 cents for 1 ranch. They gave me one ranch for 3 burgers and said I needed to pay for more.... Is it one ranch for each order? If so, might as well order 3 different times if I want 3 ranch.
