Very poor customer service. I called to check on the status of my order, and the person who answered was rude and hung up abruptly. Didn’t CA recently raise minimum wage here to $20? What did that do for the business? Sure, it benefits the employees, but it’s ultimately the customer who pays. Please be more respectful to your customers.

I went to pick up the pizza I ordered. I checked that I would be paying at the store. I went to go pay cash at the store. The cashier/"manager" said that she could not accept my cash. But they accept cash... I had no other way of paying because I left my cards at home. She was rude. She did not offer any alternatives other than me to go sort it out myself. So I left. Never to return to face the rude cashier again.

Waited a whole hour because the workers were too high to input that my order was ready on the app/website. I had been outside of the store the whole time and when I came in at first they almost gave me someone else's order so thus the waiting began for my singular large pizza. After getting my food and eating a very mediocre pizza the next day I had a really bad stomachache. DO NOT WASTE A PENNY HERE!!! YOU WILL GET BAD SERVICE BAD FOOD AND A BAD STOMACHACHE

I didn't want to listen to the reviews but damn just don't order from here. I ordered a chicken habanero sandwich. Should've just made a grilled cheese at home smh. It had no habanero sauce and barely any chicken. It was just cheese and bread. Also, they took forever to hand my order when I ordered online in advanced.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION, THEY DON'T DESERVE YOU'RE BUSINESSES when you walk in, no one says hello or welcome instead they all stare you down like pizza gangsters and make you feel so comfortable, the pizza is awful, barley any topping and always dry, this is all because of terrible management and no quality control, Never again

Unbelievable, ordered two pizzas and a salad, the salad was OK. The two pizzas were the worst I've ever had the dough was dry and crunchy like a cookie that was tasteless and there was literally no tomato sauce on the pizza at all. I don't understand how they could ever let a pizza like that or pizzas like that out the door, do you think they would be embarrassed to serve such tasteless pizzas

When I was picking up my order from 1760 Chatsworth, Granada hills location I noticed an employee was picking his nose while preparing a pizza. On top of all that I was double charged on my credit card. Claudia, store manager refused to credit me . She said we're going to lose money

They double charged my card and didn't refund it. Gave them another shot a month later and whole order disappeared but my card got charged. Check your account after ordering

This place is just terrible. How is this place open? There is hardly any cheese on the pizza, no crust really, and there is absolutely no taste.

I paid for 5 toppings on this pizza. Pepperoni, bell peppers, black olives, garlic, and Roma tomato's. All 5 toppings are on there, however they went really light on the toppings. I manage restaurants myself, I know how inexpensive the ingredients are versus the price you sell the food for, so I know they would not be at a loss if they went a little heavier on the toppings. If I'm being honest I would like a complimentary redo.

I wish I could give less than 1 star. This is for Domino's itself, their recipe, and not the location I went to. There were two guys working there. As far as I can see, they were working hard, doing whatever they are supposed to do. The problem is probably the food supplies they get and the recipe. I order wings most of the time, since my kids ask for it, but not even once they ate them, maybe a few bites before saying "It's disgusting this time" and tossing away.This is the last time I'm ordering and attaching image for you to see. these are not cooked through. Forget about the taste or smell that make you sick, it's dangerous to eat those.Do yourselves a favor and do not order from Domino's anymore.
