Tasty boba teas, with good variety of flavors and toppings. Royal Ceylon milk tea brewed fresh. Friendly staff. I recommend this boba shop as top tier in Los Angeles.

I've had this on my list for a whiiiiile but always put it off because trying new boba spots can be really hit or miss AND the parking lot is extremely tiny.We finally got the courage to try it over the weekend and managed to find a parking spot luckily so we went for it!Super tiny cafe, one worker and the tv was blasting. Not a bad thing, sometimes having a tv is kind of nice while waiting for your drink. My bf got the passion fruit iced tea with boba and it was fresh. Like freshly brewed hot tea to where the little bit of ice didn't help at all to cool it down SOOO I guess we'll ask for extra ice next time? But honestly, the drink and boba itself was DELICIOUS. I love a good passion fruit black tea and the boba chewiness was perfect. I got the Vietnamese iced coffee with extra boba which was delicious but a little too heavy on the sweetness/cream for me. Still drinkable but I much preferred the passion fruit! Definitely coming back to try their other items because having good quality boba is what I go for more than anything. IG: @ammysalamii

It's alright here, the music is pretty garbage & also way too loud. It's also so freaking hot inside, I feel bad for the workers/bobaristas. The options for toppings are minimal, the menu items they offer are boring, the drinks themselves taste very solidly MEH, they consistently give me the wrong order or the wrong size from what I ordered. I've only been 3-4x, but my order has never once been right. & employees act so annoyed when I asked them to remake, so I just don't. There are better boba places that are open later.

They are located in a very small shopping plaza. Parking can definitely be hard to come by here. Walking in, you can either order from the giant iPad looking thing or at the counter. It would be quicker if you ordered at the counter. After a few minutes, I got my drinks and was on my way. I ordered the lychee black tea with boba & lavender milk tea. Cost was pretty comparable to other locations. There's only 1 size available and they serve it to you in a nice plastic cup with a cover. Definitely a cup you can re-purpose for other things around the house. The drink was pretty good, but the boba was a little hard in the middle. I was hoping it would be more chewy, but it was not. Over all, it's definitely a nice place to go to if you are in the area or craving for bubble tea. I probably would not go out of the way to come here, but if I ever come back to Supreme Butchery, I will probably stop on by.

This store was opened on 5/20/2022. It provides a variety of specialty drinks. My favorite one is Vinameses Ice Coffee with Boba.

I've only ever heard of Factory Tea Bar through a friend, and they were pretty excited about one being opened near where we live (literally just a few blocks away). As someone who loves boba and tea, I'm also very glad that there's a local boba place! The few times I've been here, an employee named Joey has helped me on a majority of those occasions. He's very patient, outgoing, and helpful! The service as well as music really add to the vibe of a nice and refreshing café.I've never tried the food that they serve there, but according to my friends, the popcorn chicken is a satisfying snack when you have the munchies. It's a great place!

Great place to stop by for a quick treat! ? The bobas are the best I've ever tasted ? so yummy. I got the strawberry bannana smoothie which was a bit watery not as thick as I like but still good. Will def come here again! ?

I now have a favorite boba place in the Valley that is within 3 miles from me. Factory Tea Bar is a new boba place in town is it is super delicious! I usually stop by after my market trip to Sprout. Location: It is located in a very small strip mall at the corner of Zelzah and Chatsworth. Parking: Goodluck with the parking. Whoever is the civil engineer that design this lot is terrible at their job. Parking is free, but limited and is a nightmare. It is small and getting in and out of the parking is not very easy. Staff: friendly!Atmosphere: They have a few tables where you can sit, drink, eat, and enjoyWhat they offer: They offer many delicious drinks and a few food items. My go to drink is usually the nom nom green tea, but I recently tried their strawberry teazee and it was so mouthwatering, especially when you add lychee jelly as a topping. I tried their waffles, I find it pretty decent...maybe a bit too sweet. Overall: I am a regular at Factory Tea Bar when it comes to Yelp Check In. This place is definitely my current go to boba spot!

A new Factory Tea Bar near my place? It tastes just as amazing as the 626 area one, but with the added bonus of not having to drive nearly an hour just to get my fill of Boba. There was no wait and the shop was super cute, and the bobaristas were absolutely amazing and helpful with suggestions and adjusting the sugar exactly to what we wanted. I am so happy that this opened up and I will definitely be getting my boba fix from here again.

It's been a while since I went to FTB. My first time at this location though. The storefront is pretty small and the parking lot is tight, but you can easily park on the street too. The drinks (Black MT + Rose Green MT) were just as good as the other locations, but the boba wasn't pink (I actually prefer it "normal"). I also found a first timer coupon on facebook so it was BOGO less value.

Okay what the hell was that parking. It was manageable but never have I seen such a strangely arranged space shoved between the stores and the rushing vehicular traffic. And people were running! Apparently it's a great place to jog in the early evening so we got a good group of joggers making it known that they are exercising and living a healthy life as I choked in my boba balls behind a wonderful floor-to-ceiling window. The service is quick and wastes no words on pleasantries. The music is loud but enjoyable (I may have added some to my own playlists), many a rap blasting over the hidden speakers. There aren't many seats and the space feels cramped so come to study if you have an hour to kill or just want to grab a drink. The storefront looks simple but the interior is refined and clean and their taro milk tea held nothing but nostalgia and smiles for me.

3.75 I came in on a weekday afternoon and there was no wait, which was nice and convenient for me! I ordered a regular black milk tea with boba and a thai milk tea with boba as well. i like that the drinks aren't too sweet even without any modifications done to them. both were good but the thai tea wasn't the best i've tried. I think I need to come back again and try it another time to see if it can be redeemed. this FTB doesn't really compare to the one in SGV quite yet. though they're the same, there's still something missing in this newer one. either the ambiance or the quality of the drinks/servers. also to note: they share a parking lot (kinda small but roomy on a weekday) with several other businesses in the plaza. it's also conveniently located to other shops, restaurants, grocery stores, and granada hills hs.
