Place feels very chill. Love the outside patio on a warm day. Their food is delicious too. I live right across from them and have only been there twice since it's a bit too pricey for me but it is very good. Their coffee is delicious. Thank you to the young lady taking the orders for suggesting the Chipotle sandwich (so yummy).

Sandwich waffles were thin, which is ideal if you plan on getting a savory treat. Staff were friendly and patient, considerate. We came 30 min before closing time, it was quiet.

I can definitely say that Belgian Waffle House is one of my favorite breakfast/ cafe spots in the valley. The food is consistently good. The staff is always super nice and knowledgeable. If you have questions about the coffee stuff like that as well as the place is clean, they have good parking and it's a nice little cozy place where you could go get breakfast. Or if you want to just chill and have a nice coffee you really could do that here definitely. If you're in Granada Hills I would definitely check them out.

Was in the mood for a sweet treat after lunch and decided to check out Belgium Waffle Haus. Tried the strawberry and cream waffle and custard and berries. It was yummy but didn't have a WOW factor from other waffles houses I've been to in the past. The waffle was a tad on the dry side but the cream and custard helped. Rounding up my 3.5 to a 4 because I thoroughly enjoyed my vanilla latte. Service was exceptional and friendly. Place was clean and bright with lots of places to sit and chat. Parking was also very easy. Will come back next time and try a savory waffle!

I love the granola and yogurt ! I'm 20 weeks pregnant and I crave this everyday. It's so fresh and healthy. Also love the Black Forest ham sandwich. Can't wait to try more things ! The place is cozy and welcoming. Everyone is really sweet.

First time customer and I loved the overall atmosphere, very hip and modern. The staff was very friendly and food came out rather quickly. A little on the pricier side for being a small breakfast joint but it's very pretty, I'll be back.

Ordered a Nutella and Maple Latte Iced and they were so delicious. I thought the Nutella one would be very sweet but it was not but the Maple one was very sweet for those who have a sweet tooth. I called in my order and it was ready for me when I got there. Would definitely go back and recommend to my friends and family.

My son treat me for mother's day breakfast. We first went to Joe's but all packed. I'm so pleased that we end up in Belgium Waffle Haus. The place is so clean and friendly staff. I ordered the Prosciutto waffle not knowing what to expect. Ohh wow... Prosciutto was so good, this is the first time I ever tasted it and their waffle is so perfect. The best waffle I ever tasted, the scrambled eggs cooked the way I wanted plus it comes with baby arugula salad with balsamic vinegar. A perfect healthy breakfast.

I tried the prosciutto waffle. I asked for a runny egg, it was over cooked. The waffle was also over cooked and dry, even adding syrup didn't make it better. No refills on any drinks, even plain tea. The table I sat at was sticky, I didn't move but they should clean all tables at opening. I only arrived shortly after opening. I like the decor, but dislike seeing stock, stacked chairs and umbrellas. The front end shouldn't be storage space.

Food was just okay, not great. What turned me off is that when I asked if they provide free coffee refills... counter girl said "No" w/no further explanation. Mind you the first cup (size wise) wasn't that big of a cup anyway.IMO a good cup of coffee and excellent customer service is just as important as the food they serve.I won't be returning back here.
