At this place they don't fill the container for what you paying for, and what they give you is a lot of vegetables, they don't give you enough chicken or beef.

Since it was closing they scimped on serving size , so that they could save food the remained of the time that they were opened .

Weekend workers' service was horrible. I barely got a scoup of kung pau chicken. When I asked, they refused to add more to my bowl.

I will not bash the entire store because it is not their fault HOWEVER I will mention ONE employee in particular. Her name is Giselle/Gisel, not sure how it is written nor do I care to get it correct. She was rude rushing me through my order and displayed attitude when I asked her questions. She walked away on a couple of occasions leaving my son and I just standing there. Despite it all I remained calm and didn’t make a big deal out of it. If I return, and I see her again and she engages in the same behavior I will make it a big deal and correct her right there and then.

I like to come to get my food here after work whenever I have no time to prepare; unfortunately, every time I come here, there is this skinny Hispanic man, probably 5’3” to 5’4”, wears a rectangle black-framed eyeglasses and he acts like he is the boss ( he is also sometimes the cook) is EXTREMELY STINGY in serving food. I once heard him instructing the other lady, telling her in Spanish not to put a lot into the meal she was preparing, so she returned some of the servings. But I noticed he would put a lot of servings to his same ethnicity or “his people.” When it comes to other customers, he never smiles, never greets, and always acts irritated. I do not know if it is the franchise policy of this place to be stingy in their food serving because when I go to other Panda, they are generous with their serving, especially when closing time is near.To that Hispanic man, if you have personal issues or are not happy with your job, it is about time to reconsider your other options. To the franchise owner of this Panda Express Chatsworth, Granada Hills, please reeducate and re-evaluate your staff of customer service and serving.Hong Kong Express is way better than your serving policy.

The service was pleasant but I was really impressed by an employee name Laura... She cleaned the entire place as if it were her own house... The place was left spotless when she finished.. Good job, Laura

Definitely skimping on food. This is the first Panda express I've been that has done this. I understand portion control for food waste, but this was bad. I ordered the Honey Sesame Chicken with fried rice and chow mien. I got 5 tiny pieces of chicken! Older Asian lady was serving. I'm still hungry..

This Panda Express location was very clean with very polite staff.Despite someone with a mega-order just ahead of me, I still got my order very quickly. The food was very fresh, and the orange chicken was mouth-watering.

Very rude servers. Don’t give a full portion on the plate. Ask for a full order and I was told “no”. I don’t like being cheated when IPay good money.

Love the 2 plate entree combo. Portions are big. I'm obsessed with the honey sesame chicken. Just enough crisp and sweetness to make it yummy. Avoid this place when school let's out, gets really crowded. Staff is always friendly and helpful.

Quick stop after movie for dinner. Wanted to get ahead of rush on NYE. Lucked out and the place was pretty empty. Staff were friendly and ready to take our order. I got food for my family and was out of there rather quickly. The cashier was very nice and asked how many soy sauce packets and chopsticks I wanted. Location is inside strip mall lot. Parking tonight was easy but it can get dicey during non holiday times.
