$33 for a very small half of chicken sandwich (literally a few pieces of chicken), even smaller half of ham sandwich, 2 baby bag of chips and 2 cans of Pepsi. Literally had to go to Carl's Jr. after because we were still hungry UGH!The menu was extremely confusing as they had prices for the half sandwich but only at a pick 2 price. The picture is you have to pick a side but you only get less than $1 off the high priced side. If you want to have sandwich by itself you're going to have to pay at least $2 more for it.I am leaving two stars because at least the food tasted good but probably won't be coming back again.

This is the worst Panera I have ever been to. I ordered 3 sandwiches and all of them were more bread than anything else. Barely any condiments, cheese, meat, or greens. Very disappointing.

Ordered a chicken soup when it got to me there was no chicken no noodles crumbles of what looked like carrots. After calling they differed the issue to uber eats. Some peoples audacity!

I used the bathroom close to closing time, plenty of customers in the dining area before I went to the restroom I definitely had a restroom emergency. A very young and inexperienced shift manager came in 3 minutes later told me to leave, like literally get up off the toilet.. ( now).. or she was going to call the security on me. This very inexperienced and very young girl, threatened to call the security on me because I was using the bathroom. She called the security on me.. the security guard came and talked to her. This woman needs training. She has absolutely no idea how to be a manager, doesn't know anything about customer service, have no idea that sometimes customers do use the bathroom even close to closing time, you have to allow that customer to use the restroom and finish up., BUT YOU DO NO!! force them out of the bathroom.. she needs to be demoted, and retrained!

We came here cause we wanted a quick and easy lunch pit stop. This location is a busy lunch spot, but we didn't have to wait long for our order which was nice. We ordered a full Smokehouse BBQ Chicken Sandwich, half chicken Cesar salad and a small ginger ale. The sandwich was tasty and hit the spot! It was not super huge so it was the perfect size for us to share and not be stuffed. Really just a lunch for one. The chicken Cesar salad was small, but we weren't looking for a huge salad. The chicken was sliced thin which was nice. Sucks there were only 4 croutons! The meal cost was just under $28! Ridiculous, what a joke! Plenty of tables inside a few outside. Staff was nice. Restrooms have a key code. Parking lot was full and the parking spaces were small and tight. Overall our lunch was way overpriced.

For $10.39 you get 3 bites of actual Chicken noodle soup. See my photo for reference. Ordered a bowl of soup NOT a cup. Once I poured it in a bowl it was literally all broth! You should be ashamed of yourselves charging that much for nothing. That is highway robbery.

We ordered the family meal that had 4 baguette sandwiches, salad, and soup. We had it delivered through Door Dash. The bag came sealed, so it was prepared to check before delivery. Our meal was supposed to also come with a baguette that was left out. The meal is not worth the price. The sandwiches barely had any meat( the pictures when you order are deceiving). we basically ate bread, not a complete sandwich. The soup was the only good thing. The sandwiches were very bland and tasteless. If you are considering getting this mea or any of their baguette sandwichesl, I would recommend not to. It was underwhelming, expensive, and disappointing. I would give 0 stars if I could, but there is no option for that. Such a disappointment.
