The food is tasty,but small portions never the less i keep going back. Their service is good and fast.Dietary restrictions: I am lactose intolerant, I don't do eggs and nuts, yet I haven't gotten any allergies from food that I buy here. N'ways I always mention the problems.Parking: This place is located near shopping centers which make parking a bit hard on some days when the shoppers are many.

I've known Mark and Joe since they were both at the Studio City location. They are both very knowledgeable about the menu and always give great service. The food is made fresh to order and you're able to make modifications to your liking. The store is clean and has a nice outdoor patio.

I went to pick up stix and placed an order , when i got home it was totally wrong. I called the store and the manager hung up on me when i asked her for the corporate office and her name. This place is horrible. I see why their ratings are so low. I spent over 20.00 and will be disputing it with my bank and corporate office.

Here's what I love about Pick Up Stix: *vegetarian options *good steamed rice *lettuce wraps *'kung pao chicken' flavor is on-point. *exceptional customer service & prompt! Things they could improve upon: *egg rolls, are kinda mushy/slimy. *'vegetarian lettuce wraps'/ option would be nice... also, they are very skimpy on the lettuce, even when I specify that is all I'm eating. *less breading on shrimp & *a bit rice-heavy when you order entrees , lately. I do like this location! Whenever i call, I'm never on hold long. They are always friendly, & repeat my order; and I really appreciate that! Glad they're around!

I got my order delivered and was disappointed by the packaging, the chocolate covered cookies were placed in the same bag with the hot rice! I ordered the family meal and the portion sections were half empty. Firecracker chicken and orange chicken was tasty. The rice was okay. I can't say the same for the noodles -yuk! Not worth my $75

The customer service was great but the food was way to salty. I ordered for my daughter and I the food was swimming in sauce and sodium, both of us could t finish the food. We took a few bites and left it as it was. I will definitely not be coming in again to eat there I felt sick.

Clean lobby, tasty and very flavorful food. The man behind the counter seems so friendly and I believe he must be the manager. The staff all speaks Spanish and they all seem to be having a conversation full of smiles. I've had the fire cracker before but this time I chose the Mongolian steak and it's 5/5. My white rice was a little hard but it okay. 11/22/23
