Great design, relaxing but yet energetic. Amazing customer service. It was our first time at a hookah and jack took the time to show us how to most enjoy the experience. The patio has the perfect lounge atmosphere.
It was my first experience trying hookah with my partner specially being in a hookah lounge. It's very easy to find when we went in we were greeted by everyone very friendly atmosphere. The decor is very beautiful we got seated and got taken care by our waitress. She helped us with the menu explaining everything along with the hookah when it arrived how to put the mouthpiece on. My first experience at Vale Lounge was a great time. The inside and the patio are both very beautiful and very clean. All of the staff was very nice, welcoming, and attentive. We got the watermelon chill hookah mix and it tasted great! Our coals were refreshed often and we really enjoyed it. We also got hot tea which tasted delicious and the tea cups were super nice! We got cheesecake for desert that we both enjoyed. I am so glad I found this gem and will definitely be visiting...read full review
