“Pho So 1 is local to where I work so my coworker and I love coming here for a bowl of pho during our lunch. We always get seated pretty much right away even when it's rainy outside and busy. The service is always friendly and food comes out so fast! I was struggling to find a pho place with some good broth in the valley but this place never misses!“

“Hands down best burrito(American style) in the valley. The soup is a hidden gem as well, I would say it is one of the best things on the menu, no matter what you get atleast get it on the side. Owner is also very nice, polite and professional to everyone. This place is small but he made sure that everyone was taken care of personally and had everything they needed and keeps the place running on a tight ship. Worth a try no matter what.“

“This review might be a bit biased, because I live locally, and would like to support and see more restaurants on Chatsworth Street in Granada Hills that have outdoor dining on the sidewalk, under the new dining lights at night. That street has so much potential. But I also love this pizza. I think most other pizza places are all pretty much the same, but this deep dish with tomatoes is complely different. It' my opinion it' s better than all the rest, but if you are looking for something different, it is definately different. There used to be a lot more Numero Unos in Los Angeles, but they have faded away like Pioneer Chicken, I feel lucky to still have this one close enough to walk to. There is a guy there who wears glasses, seems like he is in charge, he is really nice, his customer service is on point.“

“This is such a wonderful restaurant, the food is absolutely delicious and it has a nice welcoming small businesses vibe. The staff is great and everything is so good, even the sauces alone are amazing.Dietary restrictions: Another customer had dietary restrictions to white rice so the staff helpufully offered brown rice instead.“

“Wonderful restaurant, where parking can be limited in front or back of the alley. Every time I come in, customer service is always patient and courteous. Low lighting and music sets prefect mood for date night or just a relaxing evening. Pizza and appetizers are always top notch and makes want to come back to eat some more.“

“Ali Baba is my go to Mediterranean food in north county San Diego. Ambiance is good, it captures the culture, but still feels plain. The service is great! Food is amazing! If you're about the kind of food that makes you feel like you're at your friend's house who's from another country, this is it. Tastes like their grandma loves you like a son or a daughter. Keep the fresh hot naan coming!!!!“

“I am addicted to their delicious poke bowl! The add-ons and base layers are so delicious! I am pre-diabetic so being able to pick up food that has lots of protein and veggies is phenomenal. Their creamy salmon on kale with fried garlic is unbelievably delicious. I wish I could eat it every day! Plus they just switched to sturdy cardboard take out containers and I feel great composting that at the end of my meal.“

“I've been here before and falafel wasn't so great but this time I got the mixed kabob plate. That plate was really good and the hummus was perfect. The garlic dip was pretty strong. They changed the look inside bc they now have bakery. I was tempted to get baklava but I was already over my budget with the plate. Maybe next time.“

“I've come here a handful of times when I'm craving black bean noodles and it's consistently a good experience! Of course the jajangmyeon is a favorite, and they offer additional radish if you ask! And then we always get the sweet and sour pork which is always freshly fried and never dry. The Jajang bap was new for us but it was better than I expected and would get again if craving rice.“

“OMG. We've been here so often in the past several weeks, and I am more than a bit behind with my reviews. So here comes the cramming. HOUSE OF GRILL is located in a small-but-fierce strip mall with a parking lot both in front of, and behind, the shops. You can't enter the restaurant from the rear parking lot though, so you'll have to walk around and enter at the front if you parked in the back. There are a few chairs and tables inside so you can sit down and enjoy your food in comfort. HOUSE OF GRILL has a "turo-turo" (translation: point-point") set up. When you enter, you line up in front of the glass case and point to the food you'd like to order. Slide your tray on over to the cashier to pay for your selection. There are dozens of food selection on any given day, but it's not the same selection every day. Here are some of the items we've eaten in the past few weeks: SARSIADO FISH. My mom was really craving this, It's fried fish (they used golden pompano), which is then simmered in an egg and fresh tomato... sauce?... soup? Anyways, the flavors are extra! Just the fish by itself is already delicious.. but then it's simmered in those delicious flavors... mmm, mmmm. The TINOLA is a chicken soup with clear broth and some vegetables. This soup is full of flavor and so great on a cold rainy day like this. Their PORK SISIG is made from fried crispy pork belly. They're usually chopped up and some acid and chili hotness. Delicious! They have a fish version of this too called BANGUS SISIG. Instead of pork, they use milk fish. TORTA TALONG, for lack of a better translation, is eggplant omelette. The eggplant is grilled first (I've heard other people cook the eggplant a different way) until the insides are cooked well and the eggplant is very soft. Their skinned eggplant is fried with beaten eggs, ground meat and diced vegetables. They also have the famous Filipino dessert HALO HALO! Also, they have UBE SUMAN. Suman is sweet rice steamed in wrapped leaves. Definitely a great place to keep coming back for good comfort food.“

“Let's start off love the layout of this place very cool calm and collective atmosphere local atmosphere. The plating was very nice and aesthetic. The service was quick and attentive. You can get onto the waitlist on Yelp which I love. Biscuits n Gravy - 6/7 it was super filling and I would've appreciated they went easy on the sausage bits. It felt like a soup. But it was tasty and a different take on it. Side of eggs, SUPER SALTY Benedict - 7 the taste was ok, pork belly was a bit small and didn't go well with the benedict very well could've been better as far as pairing it together. The pancakes were 10/10 which is was the upside of our brunch light, fluffy and not too sweet and yummy fruits!“

“As a 4th generation Italian cook, the food is ok...but it DEFINITELY fed my child after his track practice and there was a fundraiser.Parking: The parking directly in front of the restaurant is tight but to the side it's a bit easier.Kid-friendliness: I've an 4 kids (3 teens and 1 pre teen) my preteen is autistic, when it's busy it can be too loud but to others it's a normal teens gathering loud. It's down the street from a high school, so yes it can be crowded and loud.Wheelchair accessibility: It is wheelchair accessible.“
“Straight bangers up in this joint. Them bbq ribs are the size of dinosaur bones. Always tender and delicious. Larb salad is always on point. Golden shrimp are an absolute must. Radnah, so good you’ll slap your mama. If you want spicy, trust me, they got you.“

“It’s a busy place even on a Wednesday night. Came here after a movie and sat at the booth area. It was a bit hectic trying to get their attention but it’s busy. The spicy level 1 wasn’t spicy to me but still good. Chasu was a bit overcooked. Takoyaki was good.“

“One of our favorite new tacos! We found this place today for a snack, and went back for dinner it was soooo good. I swear they are using lard in the beans and the crunchy tacos are killer! As is the salsas.Wheelchair accessibility: Ground door and only the parking curb as a restriction.“
“Delicious taco stand with meat being grilled in front of you. Service is super fast. They even sell tripas which is my favorite topping. Their al pastor is grilled on a stick and cut in front as well. The staff don't speak English well so be prepared to order in Spanish. It's about $3 per tacos. I had some tacos with cheese so those a little more pricey. I will definitely come back.“
“If you're looking for a great spot for Taco Tuesday this is it! The service is quick and fast. The tacos have a great amount of meat. I love the fact that there salsa taste homemade. I got the carne asada, al pastor and chicken. So good! This will definitely be our go to spot. And the best part is that there tacos are only $1.25 on Tuesdays. Also you are able to call ahead and place an order.“

“Best pho I know of in the SFV! My wife has been coming here since her CSUN days and the quality is still as good as she remembers. House special pho and spring rolls are great! Well worth driving a few more minutes from Porter Ranch for the better taste and quality. My one year old even ate a few bits of cucumber and shrimp from the spring rolls and enjoyed them a lot ?“

“La Bella Mediterranean Restaurant has stolen our hearts as our ultimate go-to spot for Middle Eastern delights. With its perfect fusion of flavors and the sweet touch of Armenian charm, it's like dining in a cozy corner of our own home.Walking into La Bella feels like stepping into a clean, welcoming restaurant where every visit promises a delicious plate. And let's not forget the family matriarch - she's an absolute sweetheart who adds an extra sprinkle of love to every dish. From classics to creative twists, the menu never fails to surprise and delight our taste buds especially their super appetizing power plate known as the Sampler which has five different types of middle eastern dish sides to enjoy and yes they do make their Sarma (filled grape leaves wrapped with wonderful ingredients) fresh and not out of a can. Additionally we enjoy their entrees without ever being disappointed. It's clear that the chefs pour their hearts into each plate, and it shows in every bite.We couldn't be happier that La Bella has taken over this restaurant. It's become our go-to spot for any occasion, big or small. With its warm atmosphere and delectable dishes, La Bella has truly become a part of our culinary journey. We can't recommend it enough!“

“I was in a part of town I rarely visit & played "Yelp roulette". I rust type in "highest rated" in current location & see what looks interesting. I'm glad I found CF Food Kitchen. It's a fairly nondescript restaurant with a simple interior in the corner of a small pod mall. It was "Wellington Wednesday". Other items looked great, but I've never had beef Wellington, so I figured, "Why not???". It comes as a three course meal plus warm, perfectly crusty bread. I picked lobster bisque which was very rich, creamy and lobster-forward even without many (any?) lobster bits. I took the desert to-go. The key lime pie was solid. The Wellington was good, not great. The pastry was kind of doughy & the mushroom duxelles was fairly flavorless. Luckily the beef loin and Demi glacé were excellent. Also the dollop of whipped mash was great with the Demi glacé and a few small veggies. The roasted gold beet was small, but the star of the veggies. The server was amazing: warm, welcoming, caring and knowledgeable. I hope I'm back in the area to try other items. They definitely focus more on the food than the ambiance, though.“
