This is a great deli! I had an awesome tasty lunch of a garden burger. They have a very good vegetarian selection. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Nice atmosphere inside as well. I'll be back!
Every single time that I've been to afternoon deli, it's been a hit. My mom and dad would go here for their lunchtime. Few times when I tag you along with them, they took me to the afternoon deli and boy was it good! I usually try something different all the time and I've taken one of my aunts here and she absolutely absolutely loved the mixed meat gyro.

I had lived in Grass Valley for almost 2 years and am sad to say that I have never been to the Afternoon Deli until now. I wish I would have tried it a lot sooner! Even though the deli is small, they have a cute and quaint outdoor area with plenty of seating. The food is amazing!!
