Very disappointed! I ordered the Western burger sub the veggie patty, the patty was complete mush. It was actually inedible I had to toss it. I only gave one extra star because the onion rings were good. It's very frustrating given how expensive everything is. Save your money.

Maybe it was an off day but I was not impressed. My wife had a small burger. She forgot to ask for cheese - so her bad. Just at a glance it seemed a little light on onions and lettuce. I had a patty melt advertised as on brioche. Well toasted bread or sliced bun- hard to tell. I must be a patty melt snob. I expect a patty melt to be smothered in grilled onions. They were few and hard to find. It really can't be a patty melt without rye. Can't blame the cook for that- obviously a management decision. The dining area is clean and spare. In mho too spare, drab beige with very little color or character. Modern looking but without character. Staff seemed fair to good but not outstanding. We didn't try their ice cream which occupies over half their menu so I cannot speak to that. I will probably try them again but there just is nothing impressive here. Just a little color on the walls or floor would help. It doesn't seem like they don't have any signature items on the menu to give the place character. Certainly not a bad place ; just kinda blah. Both Big A's and Northridge have better burgers.

Passing through Grass Valley, wanted a burger. BnC was recommended by a friend there, and gotta say it hit the spot. You get what you pay for and the Guido was worth every penny. Thanks for dinner peeps.

I really enjoy eating here. The burgers are always great and the chili cheese fries are awesome. I love the twisties and I believe it's the only place in town where you can get a soft serve ice cream cone. Here is the bad part: Sometimes I opt for the chicken strips. They also serve fish and chips here. It is very obvious they use the same fryer for both the fish and the chicken, as sometimes the chicken strips taste like fish. If they didn't have this issue I'd give them 5 stars.

Burger n cream has the best burger for your buck in town. Countless times have I ordered from pine street and had my burger come out pink uncooked. Grossed me out.Burgers n cream makes the best dang burgers around, my family could easily eat here once a week.The cookie monster shake is amazing you must try it for a sugar craving ?Parking: Park further away from the front of building people tend to fly in that entrance.Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly

Got a burger and onion rings (no drink) for less than $10. Try getting the same at a fast food joint. Impossible. Not to mention the food was fantastic. Not knocking fast-food, but no comparison in quality and taste.
