I was here at 8:50pm and noticing their sign out front said they were open until 9 pm and the Open sign was still lit. However, upon attempting to enter, the door was locked and the staff inside just looked at me and shook his head no. Either fix the hours displayed or turn off the damn open light when it's closed.

My wife stopped at Grass Valley Subway the other day and got herself a cold cut sandwich and me a BMT. The BMT has been downgraded and does not have the taste it used to have plus Subway has discontinued sourdough bread. The cold cut sandwich has had some changes too - to the worse. We will not go back - after eating at Subway for over 30 it now comes to a stop. I contacted Subway corporate and they would not tell me why they discontinued sourdough bread, just that they have discontinued several items. Dumbing down the product - typical today...

Just had the worst experience at this store, the employees were rude and honestly just bad at making sandwiches. I ordered on door dash to pick up, grabbed the food and got back to work, I spent $60 dollars on sandwiches and every single one of them was wrong. I got door dash to refund part of it but unfortunately some of my coworkers ate there's before I could take a picture.. the two people, one female one male were very rude when I called and refused to remake the sandwiches correctly. They then hung up on me and when I called back I was refused his name and hung up on again. None of the sandwiches had cheese, none had avocado which we paid extra for, barley any veggies, none of the bread was toasted except on the Italian sub, and the sauce was wrong on two of them. The only solution they said was possible was for me to leave work again and come pick up the avocado and cheese they missed. They were super rude, and dismissive. I will never go back. Ruined my day, spent 60 bucks for every sandwich to be made wrong and they're annoyed with me..

Idiots work here. Just came in to get my sandwich for lunch, was really looking forward to it. Everything is fine until I see that their oil and vinegar is mixed. I asked can I please just have vinegar if you have it. He says sure, pulls out a thing of oil and puts it all over my sandwich and then asks the guy is this vinegar? I cannot believe this place would hire people as dumb as this guy. Totally ruined my lunch, did NOT offer to remake my sandwich at all. Wrapped it up and called it a day...Good job hiring that moron.

Never in over 20 years of getting Subway have I had such a bad experience. Portions are so skimpy, service unfriendly, bread was burnt, off the top of my head.
