Ordered online ... waited at the drive thru window for over 10 mins for my order and when I got the order I asked if there was ranch in the bag (for the 2- 8 piece nuggets that I ordered) the guy at the window said "it's in the bag" and shuts the window... I drive back home to live oak and discover not only is there no ranch in the bag but there is also no chicken nuggets in the bag.

Awful employees who mess up your order and then ask to see proof when you were just inside, then when they finally give in to giving me the food they didn’t put in my order I get home to open it being the wrong food. Got a refund through the app and it’s obvious why this place is the worst among the options in gridley, and why it’s always empty.Parking: Spots are covered in oils and have been destroyed overtime

I really wish I could give more stars, but service is really, really slow.
We waited in line for over 45 minutes between the guy in the drive thru being rude to the people in front of us yelling back I don't speak Spanish when you could clearly understand what they were saying. And being rude after we asked if they were ready for us. Per the kid they only had 2 people so we had to just wait. So many people drove off who were behind us and just went to the McDonalds across the street. Make the extra drive to Chico or Yuba

This place always looks like it's closed, I've never seen a working restaurant that is so dark! Besides that every time I go there, which isn't often anymore, they are out of something...fries. Cups. Meat. Ketchup. It's always something. It's gotten to be a running joke to see what BK is out of with each visit. On the plus side there's an older lady who works the drive thru who is so kind and apologetic that it makes up for everything else being so utterly sub-par.

Everytime I go here the wait is so long. I waited for someone to take my order for almost 10 minutes there were 5 cars behind me all left but one which prevented me from leaving. There was 1 person ahead of me at the window. Not sure why it's always so slow.

Ordered DoorDash from Burger King here. Got a large big king meal. The burger was the size of a regular burger from McDonald’s. And they forgot my straw. For 18 almost $19 I’d rather go somewhere else.

I was just in there and only one young man was working the whole place on 6:30 pm 8-26-23. I just wanted to give him a good review. It's really hard to be a one-man show and keep a smile on your face. Don't know his name but he had curly dark hair sent from the Skyway location. Cheers Buddy, Burger King is lucky to have you!
