Was impressed of the cleanliness of the exterior and interior. There was an employee that was cleaning the dinning room that was paying attention to the details. I was impressed ?You don't see that alot.

I wish I could give no stars to this place....I have no idea how they're still in business...I went through the drive thru, my order wasn't right, my sweet tea was unsweetened, I tried to tell the lady at the window that it wasn't sweet, and she yelled at me saying "IT IS SWEET!" I politely told her it wasn't and I asked to speak to the manager....Manager comes to the window, I explained what happened but she still didn't do anything... I asked for a refund and the manager tells me to come inside...my partner went in and asked for the refund, he was recording for his records but she got mad about that and asked him to stop.....he did but she was still hesitant....she played games first saying "let me see the receipt" then asked for the card so he comes back out to get the card from me and still no refund....finally I come in and she's stalling the whole time...so my guy says why are you stalling? It's 2023 it's a POS system it doesn't take that long...so she yells and says "YES IT DOES" meanwhile the whole time she's on the phone with the police....She called the police on him saying he was aggressive....Aggressive just for asking for a refund?? You called the police on us cause we're black!!!! WTH???? Beware they don't have name tags and won't give their names! They don't give names because they want to get away with doing stuff to people and not be held accountable....Avoid this place at all causes.....ESPECIALLY IF YOU'RE BLACK....THEY'RE VERY RACIST!

Usually when I order more than 2 burgers, they tend to rush the order which makes the burgers SUPER greasy, the buns get super soggy and even soaks through the wrapper, which just makes it taste gross, the burgers also look like they've been used as a punching bag and are built terribly.But my experience there today when ordering 4 burgers was awesome, the buns WERE NOT super greasy but instead actually just soft buns with its natural bun like shape, the patties WERE NOT super greasy but not dry either, the perfect amount of burger juice, the perfect amount of ketchup and mustard, the burgers weren't built perfectly but not terribly either so it's fine.Overall, THAT should be the standard EVERY time I order, I would rather wait 5 extra minutes every time so my burgers look and taste like that, than get it 5 minutes faster and it taste and look like it's been drowned in pure grease and unedible.I love McDonalds, I just hope and wish the standards are more consistent, that way anytime I go there, I know what I'm getting, I know I'm gonna enjoy my food. I don't wanna go there and leave with my food thinking, I hope my burgers aren't seeping with pure grease, or I hope my burgers aren't smashed.Anyways, that was my review and my thoughts, much love.

Service was quick and good, but that's not super important when your double cheeseburger tastes like cardboard and you're sick for two days. It literally costs nothing to make customers a freshly made cheeseburger or fries. Seriously, dont give paying customers food that's just been sitting and sitting and sitting and sitting under the warmers.
