If I could leave no star I would. Absolutely no customer service whatsoever. I placed an online order and was on my way to work and went to pick it up just to find it was cancelled. Put on hold for 2 minutes in front of the store while there were several people working only one customer came out with one item. I called back to get Belinda, and asked why I’m waiting on hold when nobody was even busy at the moment as I was watching, she then tells me to simmer down when I’m calling about a cancelled order. Grant it it’s Christmas Eve and we both are working so, I get the fact you don’t want to work on a holiday neither do I but simmer down? Clearly you could have offered me something else as I was on time for my pickup order but clearly you didn’t want to serve me because I wasn’t “simmered” to your liking. I will not be ordering from this place ever again, completely dissatisfied with poor customer service. We’re both fast food people, you would think the gratitude would have been extended with something different other than calling canceling and refunding due to the lack of inventory, simple fix. I get disgruntled people all the time but I wasn’t until I was talked down to and hung up on

Round Table's pizza is delicious. It's always high quality and I enjoy it; however, everything is getting expensive these days, and I just don't think we can justify paying this much for pizza anymore. The local non-chain pizza place in town also makes delicious, high quality pizza for a better price.

The last five or so pizzas I’ve gotten, i always ask for thick crust.Never once have I gotten thick crust, it’s always paper thin, over priced, and over cooked.Garbage restraunt, this place used to be good but something changed, and it’s never been the same. The breadsticks used to always be fluffy now they are always burnt to a crisp
