Ordered a simple venti blond late and a grande late with 2 sugars both were made wrong took them back in they were remade 3 times and still not right finally cut our loss and left with nothing I have been to multiple Starbucks through the years this location needs a lot of work employees need more training ?

I love Starbucks! However, at the Gridley location the drinks never taste like other locations. And you never know when you’re gonna get a drink with rotten milk ?

Stopped by here on our way to the airport to get our usual drinks (that we order in Chico almost everyday and never have a problem). These coffees from Gridley SB were absolutely horrible, almost like the equipment wasn’t properly cleaned/rinsed before use. There was also grind at the bottom of the americano. I called the store to let them know so they could make better drinks for the customers behind us (we couldn’t turn around as we were trying to catch a flight) and the manager told me she had no idea what I was talking about and “there is no way the equipment is the problem”.. she even asked us if we typically order these drinks because maybe our “taste buds were off”… well now we know to avoid this Starbucks at all costs. ?

After waiting 30 minutes in a drive thru line for 2 grande hot chocolates and a brownie, drinks were cold and filled less than 3/4 of a cup. I addressed my concern to the guy at the window and he took my drinks back, had them topped off. Once, I we got home and took a sip, we were surprised we had hot milk that was brown colored. No chocolate flavor at all. Super disappointed and mad. Drinks are not cheap and we basically bought warm milk and a brownie.

Thoughtful of you to leave the Sunday Chronicle out for me. Oh, for everyone, I get it. Still, thoroughly enjoyed my ‘quiet time’ and the latte and brownie perfectly warmed before the rest of us met up. Perfect place to meet: right on Hwy 99 across from gas station.

My turkey provolone and pesto sandwich was amazing and it tasted so good however there were a few synthetic eyelash hairs in my sandwich but it still tasted good ?
