The food tasted great chicken curry amazing, the service was amazing and attentive. The brunch Buffet..was NOT worth $20. I was expecting all-out Filipino food for a buffet but there were 5 metal chafing dishes of food 1 out of the 5 was Filipino food, lechon. The lumpia on a small white plate. The dessert was donut holes..it was a sad buffet. I won't be back for that but I will be back to order some food off of their menu though.

Went to J's on a date got three different appetizers which were all delicious and split the chicken adobo wow it reminded me of my early high school days with my friends from the Philippines

Great Boba Tea and noodles. You have lots of options like Taro, Melon, Coffee, and Matcha.

Best Filipino food in the state! Get the pork sisig and make sure to get the garlic rice and egg upgrade. Boba excelent also. Great food service.

This is a hard review to write, because as much as I want to support local small businesses, I feel like my first time dining in was an absolute disaster. They have a very large dining space with purple and white decor everywhere. It was very clean. We came in for the dinner buffet which seems to change times and dates frequently - to me this isn't something I like about a restaurant. I prefer consistency with operating hours and knowing what type of food I'm going to have if I am going to take my family out to a restaurant (especially nowadays with everything so expensive). The inconsistency of restaurants here is a huge reason why they fail, we never know when they're open and what they're offering because their menu changes so often. I understand everyone has a family and a life, but you should hire trusted employees so that you stay consistent. We showed up at 5:30 Friday night for their buffet and they had two servers for the entire dining hall. They all looked incredibly flustered and it took us 45 minutes just to get water for our kids. The food was good, not exceptional, but fine. The options were quite limited for their dinner buffet but we were happy to see pancit and the pork belly. I was pretty disappointed they didn't have adobo chicken for their buffet, but the garlic shrimp was delicious. Our children are under 3 so they should have been free, but the server charged us for each one of them in her flustered state. She did fix the mistake but couldn't refund me so she had to pay me back in cash? It was all very strange. We often order takeout from them and it seems like we will continue doing that since they can't properly staff themselves for dinner. There was an employee just standing there in the middle of the bar who could have been helping the servers at least give guests their drinks, but she just stood there and smiled at everyone instead of working or helping out. Just seemed super unorganized. I wish them the best but they do need to learn how to operate a dining room and guest experiences.

I first ate at J's kitchen when it was still at the mall. I had chicken adobo and liked it. Today was my first visit to its own restaurant and ordered chicken curry with a Taro drink recommended by my friendly server. Food and drink were very good. The curry sauce was, as advertised, both sweet and spicy. The chicken chunks were tender. The Taro drink kept giving me throat freeze, though, so finishing my meal took a bit. I walked in shortly after 11am. I was the first sit-down customer. I like the pastel purple interior and the space (I remember when this was the Beef Baron in the 1980s). My window seat was very comfortable. A radio station was playing in the background. Got to listen to a Tracy Chapman song. Crowds started coming in an hour later as I was leaving.

This place is consistently great. The Boba milk teas are my favorite and it's the only place in town for really good lumpia.

Great food and great service! The pork sisig was amazing !!! The lumpia was also delicious! If you are pinoy or your asawa is pinoy, you will love this place! The Halo Halo is perfect for the hot summer days! The ambiance is pretty with the purple decor and the place is clean and very inviting! Salamet for the great meal! It was so sarap!

Yum! This was my first time having Filipino food and I am impressed. The restaurant is clean and neat and nicely decorated with purple accents. The owner/cook was on site and was greeting everyone and checking on us without feeling pushy. Food portions are decent and the fruit drinks are fantastic. The pancit pala ok had more of a fishy taste than expected so we won't get that one again. We were treated a nice orange sorbet after our meal. I don't know if that was a Father's Day special or a regular treat.

If you like light, tasty and filling food you'll enjoy J's Kitchen on Fry Blvd, just outside the gate of Fort Huachuca. Filipino food done right with a dose of prompt service and great personality. Ask for Jasmine's serving area for an order of pancet that won't disappoint!!Restaurant is clean and quaint.

Living in a small town there aren't many options for good eats! I was craving some pancit and lumpia and wasn't to sure where to go! I was recommended to J's Kitchen and I'm so happy that I did because it was absolutely amazing! I will be back!

I still go there every now and again, cause I like the food and that girl doesn't work there anymore. I haven't seen her for months.

The sisig frys are to die for! They even put in the extra time and effort to cut holes in the top of the takeout container so it stays crispy. I will definitely be back for more.

This is the new restaurant on West Fry, very close to the fort. Joyce, the owner and head cook, does a fantastic job with Filipino Food! She has a very thoughtful menu with many delicious choices. This is the building where Peacock restaurant used to be. They open at 11 o'clock for lunch. These are the same folks who have the Boba place; you can get your favorite JB colada or other blended drink at this location.
