Highly recommend boon eat + drink! We heard that if we come around 6-7pm on the weekend that there would be a long wait. We went about 10 minutes after opening on Sunday evening, and there were already 2 tables seated. The staff were so nice and attentive. There are two sections to the restaurant: indoors and a covered, heated patio area (they provide blankets). My only small complaint is that some of the tables are close together--I guess that really adds to the cozy vibe. The food was outstanding! In each dish, the different components of the dish balanced each other so well (sweetness + salty + tartness). That made the dishes feel less heavy. Appetizers: *BURRATA cranberry compote | pears | spiced walnuts | grilled bread 9/10 *CAULIFLOWER | sriracha vinaigrette | currant | sesame 8/10 (they ran out of brussel sprouts but the cauliflower was delicious) Mains: *seared DUCK BREAST | cauliflower puree | apricot marmalade | fried kale | pomegranate glaze 10000/10 *chili braised niman PORK shoulder | creamy polenta | fiesta slaw | ricotta salata + pepitas 7/10 They also had an assortment of alcohol to pair with your food :)

One of the best meals I've had in a while. We got the arugula salad, morroccan carrots (on special that night), and the flank steak and all were delicious. I would order all of them again in a heartbeat. It's a small spot so I understand wanting to get as many tables in as you can, but we heard way too much of the people's conversation next to us. They were also being loud, and to be fair we wouldn't have minded so much if they were talking about interesting things instead of their cringy political views. If you are going to sit inside and are loud talkers please discuss something worth other tables hearing. We will definitely come back for the amazing food but I think we will sit outside next time.

Boon is the go to place in Guerneville. The food is consistently good and their wine list has some nice local picks. Unfortunately, the town has been inundated with techies who will jam into the good spots like Boon. So be prepared.

Attentive staff. Delicious food. Great wine (highly recommend the Merriam SNED red blend.) This place is cozy, but they know what they are doing. Me and my wife, we'll be back.

Ooh this place was really yummy. Came here on a weekday night during Thanksgiving week and we were super lucky to get called for a table. I don't think they take reservations (?) so come early to skip the wait and put your name down ASAP! Food is so good. A couple local folks recommended this place and we had flagged it earlier as well. Everything was delicious. We got the cauliflower, a salad, mac n cheese, a burger. It was all delish. No left overs! I would say it's a quiet place. Really good for a fancy date night or hanging out with friends. This is not a bad thing but just something to consider if you have a noisy party or kids. It's not really what I'd call kid friendly since they have nice wine glasses, nice pointy silverware, and in general breakable glasses, but it just requires some more looking after. Food is so good that there will be no complaints there! Would definitely go again if I'm in town!

Fantastic spot. Best food in guerneville and probably in the larger area. Everything is organic, delicious, and creative. Would definitely recommend and will be back!

It's spendy but really one of VERY few decent meals in town. The service is always brisk but friendly, and it's a tiny space so know what you're in for... try and make a reservation- it will save you time!!

By hands down one of the best restaurants I've eaten in many, many years. This should be a Michelin rated restaurant. The halibut was too die for. The pesto on top of it was fantastic. Our waitress was amazing, she knew what wine went with what. If you are any where in the Santa Rosa valley go out of your way to come to this place! Differently making a trip to come back here!

Super long wait to get in when we were there (close to Russian River Pride fest and it was First Saturday Art Walk) but worth the wait. Brussels sprout appetizer was solid, and really enjoyed the Moroccan chicken. Fairly small spot and tight space, so Just plan to get there early if it's a weekend.

A local we asked recommended the place and said if they have soup of any kind get it. So we did, server called it a white bean soup so that's what we expected. It was O' so much more a light broth with just a few beans with what looked like 2 different squashes, a bit of cabbage etc. It was great, I saw a review mentioning too much salt, ah, maybe a little too salty but still great. The soup portion was also served before we ordered the entree and was big enough that we ordered the steak selection to share. The GF and I differ she likes it a little more done than I so we talked a bit with the server going back and forth between med to med well. Ended up ordering medium (my usual). The server said if it's not done enough we can cook it a little more. When it came it had been sliced across into about 5 pieces and was so rare as to have some almost raw sections in the thickest part. To try and cook something cut like that "a little more" would end up being dry shoe leather. SO we didn't say anything which is sort of on us. We then had the "brownie" desert. OMG, to die for I mean really a little sauce and some whipped cream on the side a 10 star desert. So here for me is a huge negative but didn't affect my review make up your own mind. They have NO coffee or tea. When I asked why if it was a "thing" with the owner or management which is fine with me but the answer was no, they stopped serving it during covid and just never started it back up. I joked with the brownie server, Ya just can't serve something like this without coffee. I won't hesitate to bring in my own coffee from down the street next time. Overall a really nice experience and we camp nearby a few times a year and will be back, they had some dishes that looked really interesting. Place was the busiest restaurant in town by far.

One of the best dinners I've had at a restaurant in a long time. The Brussels sprouts were the best I've ever had. Our main courses were fantastic, too. We will definitely be back.

Suchhhh good food and service. Would love to come back!! Keep in mind it's a small space and can fill up fast, and can potentially get loud.
