When you pull up and look at the building, it's a bit of a head-scratcher. It's very non-de script, with a couple apartments as part of it. The small restaurant is upstairs, and Larry, the owner, is as nice as can be. Larry is hard to miss -- he's the 7' tall guy in the room. :-) I went for prime rib night and both the food and drinks were great. It's a pleasant little space with a dedicated bar on one side.

We were lucky to stumble upon this lovely restaurant. The service was as friendly as possible. The food was phenomenal and the portions were so large that we took home enough food for an entire other meal.

Absolute treat coming here. We went to another place and their restaurant side was closed. So we were led here and we are SO GLAD!! The owner (Larry) was amazing and so kind to chat with. It was a slower night due to local Halloween parties, so we felt fortunate to meet and learn more about him. Small world!We got the coconut shrimp, generous salad, and amazing fried chicken. They have some Canadian based menu items so we knew it would be great. And it didn't disappoint! Larry also wasn't afraid to share some recipe tips with us of some favorites. They make everything FRESH, there sauces are all homemade and we HIGHLY recommend this place. We will definitely be back!!!

The owner is a gem and the food is awesome. The prime rib (Friday and Saturday) is a “fire house” special (ask the owner…Larry) and not to be missed. Great service and food.

Well what can I say the owner and his son were quite nice however the food was mediocre . I had the chicken fried chicken and my partner had the pork chops . The mash potatoes and gravy were absolutely my favorite. The chicken fried chicken was over fried dry and quite really unedable . The pork chops were dry and well blah . The broccoli was good . If I would eat here again I'd have the broccoli and mash potatoes with gravy . But I would it come here again unless that what I wanted . I did want the prime Rib However they were sold out was I lucky or unlucky ? The place was a bit old and dirty however the bathroom was horrendous do no I would not recommend this place so unappetizing.

All my delightful dishes were as they should be! My prime rib(generous) was medium rare, as ordered. My special broccoli was cooked perfectly, with amazing flavor! The horseradish sauce, perfect!I'll be there next weekend with family!

Fine Dining in an unpretentious atmosphere. One would never guess at first glance that delectable goodness lives here, yet it does. Covid (floods and fires too!) have tested these owners, and closed about 2/3 of the space that can be utilized as they rebuild. Today it’s a second floor bar with friendly proprietors (one is the chef) with generous pours and truly awesome food. We enjoyed the Salmon (perfectly cooked) and a shoyu chicken that was awesome. The starter of deep fried zucchini was obviously hand cut and they make their own ranch dip. I’ll be back to support this place. They love what they do and deserve the dream.

A friend and I tried Timberline for dinner last weekend and we're so glad we did. Larry greeted us at the door and told us that all of the food was made with local ingredients, fresh that day. We ordered popcorn shrimp to start. Then we had the green salad (large enough to share), one fried chicken with mashed potatoes, and one salmon w tomatoes and mashed potatoes. Plus, Larry made us the BEST margaritas! The building is rustic, the staff was so friendly and welcoming and the food was delicious. We'll be back!

Came here for a dinner for 5 and we LOVED IT. Our group loves going out to restaurants and this one was by far one of our favorites.We had the Wine butter Salmon, fried chicken (x3), prime rib and a bunch of appetizers and every single dish was a hit. The menu is small, which is a big signal that this place focuses on quality. To that point - the dishes are still HUGE, the chicken is big enough to share between 2 people.The owner is a blast - he'll give you local tips and share a bunch of interesting facts about his restaurant and the area. We really enjoyed chatting with him.P.s. bartender made perfect Hendricks gin and tonics ?

Larry,Scott , and crew have a fantastic setting that sits on top of 4th and Mill streets. The food is fabulous,constantly delicious, freshly made daily. Open Friday-Sunday come in when you are on the river!
