It is a hit-or-miss at this location. They're a frap machine never works. They barely answered the phone drive thru is closed today and inside is closed today. I don't live in Gustine. I live in Newman. I like to call to make sure that the machines are working before I drive all the way over there.

I just went to get some fries and a sundae. The fries are cold and stale literally. Then to top it off my sundae was so overly filled and they didn't pop the lid on and it's all over my car. Didn't even get an apology at all.

Never had a bad experience. I love vibe in there, always pretty clean. McDonald's prices are wack but that has nothing to do with the location (McDonald's is expensive)

Went last night with a friend, and let me say two workers there had 10/10 customer service extremely nice and laughed with their customers, and the food was hot and ready. will come again!

I asked for two plain hamburgers and they gave me it with pickle and ketchup and mustard like the hell, y'all should go to Texas burger it a cross the street from McDonald's, they get new employees every month the ones back In the day they were the best.,but this is the 20th order they got wrong this year, maybe they didn't pay much.

NEVER fill up a Mcflurry the right way, they always give it half full. I never complain about my food but cmon for the amount of money for a mcflurry it should not always be half way filled.

Was not a fan at at all , got there a bit after 1 , it's a 2 lane drive through and both lanes were backed out in to the parking lot. Soo I decided hey I'll take the 2 year old out can't be too badIt was , the women working DO NOT ACKNOWLEDGE ANYONE . They want you to use the machine. First off there is a covid outbreak and none of your staff is wiping down the virtual ordering machine. Second , your in a dark shirt I'm guessing lead, you should be focused on expediting food and taking orders. If your under staffed hire more people don't be rude to me and make me wait longer because your stressed out and need more employees.

They hire people that have no clue and can not think for themselves. I have ordered something on the app and at the window and they refused to honor it oh I don’t know. I am tired of people not using their brains.
