You're better off waiting 20 minutes in line at the In-N-Out down the way you might have a long line but at least you won't have root service and terrible food sad I gave him this place many chances especially having to come home late from work. If you're into waiting 16 minutes like I did with no one in line just to have rude service this is the place for you

If I could give this place zero stars I would... Food was completely empty with no hurry to refill anything except the drive through stations. Food that was coming out that was supposed to be hot was barely room temperature with zero flavor at all.The bathroom was completely disgusting, all stalls were dirty or filled to the brim with feces. There's no changing tables and toilet paper was unfilled.Dining room had trash scattered on the floor, a dirty kitchen rag on one of the tables, dirty tables, and chairs with food or crumbs all over them I had to clean off myself for my family to sit down. The trash cans were overflowing with no room for anyone to throw anything away. The staff was not very friendly and the manager seemed unphased by the condition of his restaurant and guests coming in and out.If you can avoid this stop please do so at all costs

Me and partner went in to order two bigger plates done in and a plate for take out. While going in most of the food out was empty or last bits of food left in there along with the side options. Around 2:30 or 3pm, The service was okay but the woman working was not in a great or helpful mood. It felt as if we were inconveniencing her by ordering. We also had to wait for teriyaki chicken due to it having to be made and that's fine but we were told they would bring it out to us. We ate our food sitting and we noticed the chicken was ready and was being served to others. we waited more seeing as we were told it would be brought to us. After a bit we decided to order drinks and i asked for a soda and a tea refresher they had behind the register. I was charged for 2 sodas and the tea and again the worker had gotten upset that i told her i didn't want two sodas just one, this was her mistake and again had a look of irritation on her. She called over the manager and said i wanted a refund for the soda. While it's true i wanted my money back but usually as a crew member you have to recognize when you mess up for something the guest didn't didn't order. she just had a bad attitude during my whole experience. I like to think im an okay guest at places as i worked fast food so i was really just surprised at how this experience turned.

When you're road trippin up/down I-5, and just looking for a semi healthy quick and easy food option surrounded by loads of fast food burger joints, Panda Express fits the bill. Where else can you find a nice bowl of brown rice, with super green veggies, and a variety of wok fried proteins to keep you truckin down the highway. They DO have a drive through. Very close pet relief areas. Clean bathrooms. Plenty of tables, and outdoor shaded tables if your fur baby wants to hang out with you for the pit stop.Everyone inside was nice and friendly. Service was reasonably quick too. So happy to have a "different" yet fast option just off I-5.

I'm a fan of Panda Inn, but not-so-much Panda Express. After all, I've only been a handful of times in all my years. But, I was in need of solving hungry pains.Perhaps, not the best location and not the most desirable of all Hwy 5 eating choice offramps, the time was now to solve my issue. It was noon, and I just had to do it.Blow me down. Very fresh, nice selection, and very tasty indeed. Albeit, it's not a steal, $13 for a 2 item combo. But I have to admit, I liked. For what it is, fast food Chinese, it hit all the marks. I won't hesitate to return.

This restaurant never disappoints us. Food has good taste and lots of vegetarian food options available. My son loves his noodles every time we go here. One of my favorite

No labels on the food display, tables are nasty dirty, and no tissues in the women’s bathroom. Saw so many employees like really?? This place wasn’t even busy and they can’t keep this place a little cleaner?
