First Starbucks I been to where the DriveThru did not know how to add fund to my App before I pay for food. I kept repeating how I want to use my Stars and How I want to add funds, but she did not understand and could not accomplish my request.

This location is perfect for a pit stop! Close to a the freeway, clean and spacious! Friendly and efficient staff expect a bathroom line…but it moves swiftly.

Crowded, loud, baristas asked me to speak up because music was blasting and people were talking over it which made it louder, only gave me 1/3 pastries and I asked if the others came through on order and she looked at me rude and rolled her eyes and said they are coming! It is a large order. I said oh I’m sorry I wanted to make sure it came through I know sometimes the full order does not. I try to avoid Starbucks and support small coffee stands but we are driving north and it was the closest. Recommend going to Dutch brothers up the street.

Bad service unkind barista made a mistake on our drinks and gaslit us rather than apologise. Please send your workers back to training to learn better customer service. God bless

Who knew that a Starbucks was out in the middle of little nowhere!? It's mainly a truck stop area with a bunch of eating establishments around a very very small community, but it sits between to major highways.The place was real clean, staff was real helpful, and friendly, and my fancy coffee was so delicious I finished it real fast?I suggest that if you ever come to Santa Nella, California stop at the Starbucks and have coffee with a friend or a meet and greet.Parking: Has plenty of parking, and drive thru was not that busy eitherKid-friendliness: Same people in there getting steam soy milk for their kids and a snack, so students at the bar doing their computer work for their homework, so I'd say it's pretty kid friendly.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes they have wheelchair access, but they don't have a door button to push for you to get in, have to open it yourself
