This place is a joke The customer service has gone waaaaay down over the last few 3-4 months, and the manager is extremely rude so that gets a solid 1/10 .. The ambiance feels murky and dirty like if it hasn't been deep cleaned or even dusted in years! So they get a 1/10 for ambiance and cleanliness.. and last but not least the MOST important thing is the food quality.. I'm not sure what type of corners they're trying to cut here but the meat feels off, both flavor wise and texture wise.. somewhat a synthetic feel? Food gets a solid 2/10.. It's sad because this place USED to be good, now it's horrible and overpriced. Won't be coming back here ever.

Was getting my trailer loaded next door. Had the triple Texas cheeseburger while I waited. It was super delicious. I'm not a fan of California, but I'm definitely a fan of this place.

Honestly you go here for the food, not the customer service. It's mostly kids that work here so I'm assuming first job. Which is great and I'm proud of them for taking that step! The burgers and shakes?? Phenomenal. This is always a really quick place to come to when you're passing through town and looking for a real good driving snack on your way home or to the Bay Area.
