The lady at cashier has bad customer service, I asked to put my 10 breads in a box, she put with her wet hands so the top of the paper box is wet and looks dirty. I asked politely to have a new box and she answered it's because her hand is wet and refused to switch a new box. I said I need to give it to someone as a gift so can I have a clean box instead ? Hello? Is that my problem that your hand is wet when wrapping my bread? Then she finally willing to give me another one with a bad attitude without a simple smile , hello , thank you what so ever. With all the bakeries out there I feel I don't need to spend my money here to receive such attitude. Come on ..

very clean place but was highly disappointed in the strawberry matcha i wanted to love so bad. drink tasted like straight strawberry puree and not a hint of matcha. my friend got the same drink with oat milk and they agreed the drink was straight booty. was recommended the salted caramel ice coffee so i might be back to try that drink but other than that i will pass on this place :((

Bought three different cakes . They’re okay ! Not much flavor . Don’t expect Porto’s here but it’s fine if you’re going to pick up a few pastries for a party! The red velvet was my least favorite. The mango crème brûlée was probably the best out of the red velvet and the black forest cake! I’ve had the breads on another occasion and those are good I probably wouldn’t go back for the cakes

I love coming here! The breads are delicious, though some of them are on the smaller side (if you go to other bakeries, they're usually bigger for comparable prices). But mostly I'm crazy about the drinks, haha. I'm obsessed w their hot jasmine green tea & oolong milk tea, they're my perfect cold weather comfort drinks. The wait time for the drinks is always pretty long, though (expect 15-20 min) and sometimes I question the music they're playing bc it doesn't really give "café" vibes lmao
