I've visited this location twice already and overall I'd say it's decent. The staff is attentive, and the ambiance is ok. The food is pretty darn good. I must say that overall my husband and I enjoyed our hot pots. I feel it was better the second time around after knowing that they do spice up their caldos (soups). The serving is generous & they go around checking to see if you'd like more broth added. I found it interesting that they gave us the vermicelli noodles still in the package the second time around. The first time they brought it served on a bowl. In my first visit I asked the server (did not know English well) if they had lemonade to which she said, Yes. I ordered one & it was not what I expected. It was a tea instead & it tasted bitter. I did not like it, & another thing I don't like is the bathroom here. You guys need to scrub the floors in there. It feels sticky. I'd come back for the beef hot pot again, but might be awhile. A long while. Good food, but some detail to ambiance is needed.

I recently visited Boiling Point and was pleasantly surprised by my experience. Unlike other similar establishments, this Boiling Point location stood out to me in several ways. Firstly, I found the taste of the food to be superior, which made my dining experience even more enjoyable.Additionally, I appreciated that the waiting time was relatively short compared to what I've experienced at other places. This made the entire dining process more convenient and efficient. Most notably, I was satisfied to discover that I could order unlimited rice and receive double the amount of meat. This added value to my meal and left me feeling very satisfied with my dining experience.Overall, I highly recommend Boiling Point for its delicious food, short waiting times, and generous serving options. I will definitely be returning for more!

Worst Boiling Point branch. Soup was too watery, tasteless. Avoid this place.

The food is okay. Before, the food was $14 and is now $18 or $19. Now the beef portions are significantly less. Additionally, after eating here, my stomach felt full of gas.

I come to Boiling Point occasionally and typically frequent the Rowland Heights location. This location however has never disappointed in taste, customer service, and has a much shorter wait time if not, no wait at all. Will always be a fan!

Good portions and my friend got a free meal for their birthday! Our server Andres was very nice and attentive. Overall, great spot and clean bathrooms!

I frequent this location often since the wait time is minimal. (Even during dinner hour.) My usual: Beef or Korean, then choose the spice level depending how I'm feeling that day. Once in awhile, I'll do the Veggie option. I do miss the original kumquat basil seed shot provided after your meal - opposed to the prepackaged kumquat drink they offer now. I really wish they would bring that back. It was such a treat! Service: A - Good. The servers are pretty good at turning off the pot's flame but not refilling drinks, nor checking on you throughout your dining. [I don't mind - just something to be aware of for first-timers] Ambiance: B+ Casual sit-down, take-out available Parking: abundant

Boiling point!!! Thank you so much for such a great birthday lunch. If you didn't know! On your birthday you get a free pot but make sure to bring your ID! The portions are very generous and if you come during lunchtime you get a free tea. Andres our server was so fantastic he was so nice and tended to us so quickly. It's great for friends and family gathering and everyone gets their own pots or you can share!

I went and ordered food tonight and they took 30 minutes to bring my drinks. I ordered 2 soups to eat there and 2 to go. One being a vegetarian mushroom veggie and they gave me meat. So the person I took it for couldn't eat it. Waste of money. Some items were missing and they didn't want to take my $100 bill and there's no sign that says that. Service was terrible. I was there between 8-830 . Waste of my money and never going back

We arrived at approximately 7:00 pm and at 8:00 pm, i still had not been served. This place is severely understaffed and everything seems chaotic in here. Our table had two orders, and while one was served in an appropriate amount of time, mine never made it. To make matters worse, I counted 8 plates being served to individuals who arrived much later than I. One customer complained about his food not being served while his friends received their food and within two minutes, he had his food. This is the last time I will come here as it is now the second time this happens to us. I have been here many times but this ends tonight. I encourage you, as I will tell my friends and family, to not come here. You are much better off driving a bit further east to enjoy the great restaurants they have there. what an epic let down!
