Food was cold, and sloppy, when I asked about why the food was under cooked, I was told that's how it comes... no effort was made to make it right! Just a blank stare, and some negative attitude! I won't be back :( ever :(

I ordered my food and my avocado was brown, I had asked for red and green salsa and ended up getting just green and I ended up getting food poisoning and getting really sick from their food I don’t recommend coming here the service sucked and so did the food it’s self.

I was charged $16 for this. The chicken had no meat on it. It was all bone. No utensils were given, not that it mattered as I had nothing to eat. They didn't include the tortillas either. Never again will waste my money on this trash. You need to get on some quality control management. Edit: decided to go back for a refund. Zero apologies here. Jackie... the name on the receipt is not very good with conflict management. A simple apology goes a long way. Last time I forget my meal prep at home

I always order a Tostada chicken salad with extra cilantro cream sauce . It always hits the spot when I'm super hungry . I also tried the carnita taco for the first time . It was tasty and filling . The staff who took my order was very friendly. I have no complaints on the the ambiance. I will continue to come here .

I have eaten in two different Pollo Loco locations. This place does their salads justice, they don't hold back their seasoning and chicken. The serv8ce is quick and easy. The location doesn't really get too crowded. I highly recommend coming here out of the other locations.

Whenever I want some chicken this is the place to go. I got a keto burrito and although the burrito was very good it did not fill me up. So two of these bad boys will do the trick. The service was average and it looked pretty clean. 9/10
