This review is for an Ubereats order. The first time I ordered delivery, the soy milk spilled all inside the bag and I gave feedback that it wasn't packaged right. (Just packed inside a bag with other food items) this time when I ordered, they bagged the drinks individually together so that even if it spilled, it would be contained inside its bag. Thank you for taking feedback and improving! I ordered the salty hot soy milk with crueller and pork sung. It was amazing, perfect for lunch!

Was placed on hold for ten minutes to wait and then got hung up. Walked into the store to order instead. The woman hung up me told me that coz they were BUSY and I need to understand. Then why would you pick up my phone at the first place? Be aware of the short female server with short hair and glasses. Rudest waitress ever met. Maybe it's the owner's relative.

My favorite Taiwanese breakfast spot! Love the salty soy milk with the fried you tiau cruller! Pro tip: If you want the salty soy milk to get a little thicker and have a more soy tofu consistency, you can add a little white vinegar. My mom taught me that when I was a kid! Prices are still pretty reasonable too. For a salty soy milk, salty tofu, and fried you tiau stick, the total came out to $14 approximately.

I usually go to Yi Mei Deli on Colima for my Taiwanese breakfast but a friend wanted to try this place out. It's in a plaza with a grocery store and other restaurants and retail spaces so the parking lot is pretty big but even on a Monday at 11 am it was really hard to find parking. I read other reviews about how the tables are never cleared off or cleaned and those reviews were 100% accurate. When we walked in, every single table was dirty and full of dishes left from the previous diners. There was only one occupied table as well. You order and pay at the counter/register and they give you a sign holder with a number in it. You then seat yourself and by the time we got our number, someone had cleaned one table for us to sit at lol The food came out fairly quickly and everything was pretty good. We got the egg crepe, radish cake, rice roll (fan tuan), and green onion pancake with egg. We also got iced soy milk as our beverages. The radish cake was really good and super crispy. I've never had it so crispy before. The egg crepe was a little odd to me because it seemed like they used a literal tortilla but it was still good.

The food is good, service is slow. Best tip is to phone in your order ahead of time. They have a lot of stuff that you don't even realize. Fired Turnip cake is really good, extra crispy. The peanut flaky pastry is good if you like peanut paste. I always get their "gua pao," it's a meat bun thing, not sure what it's called in English, if I had to guess I would say marinated pork in bun. Give it a try, there are so many different things there, hopefully you find something you like.

Such a great restaurant, especially if you are looking for a traditional Taiwanese breakfast experience! Yes, it's not the most aesthetically pleasing restaurant. Ambiance can definitely use a remodel. But I'm not here for the decor. I'm here for the food, and they deliver. You can find all of your favorites here, from Rice rolls with fried dough sticks to salted soy milk. I got the salted soy milk and it was fantastic. By having pickled greens and green onions, it was such a savory and delicious way to start the morning. Definitely would come back here again next time I'm in the area! :)

Went in at 3:20pm ordered lunch place says it closes at 4pm. The cashier brought our food out in a to-go bag and told us we couldn’t eat in the restaurant. This was 3:30. This is after we tipped for counter service. Got to our car and saw there were no napkins or sauces in the bag. Also 2/3 items were not what we had ordered.Improve your service.

This restaurant used to be good when I came here 10 years ago but now..... We ordered iced sweet soy milk, daikon pastry, salty rice roll with green onion egg ,steam bun and egg crepe. Soy milk was spoiled, it has smelled and doesn't look right when I open the lid. Egg crepe looks weird too. I think they use burrito flour crepe instead...... I think they might change the owner. It doesn't taste like Taiwanese food anymore. I don't think I will come back again.

Four Sea is.. very traditional in the worst of ways. The menu, while items vary, does not make a choice product. I wish I loved more of their foods but so many could just be improved if the characters wouldn't read so blocky. But you got your breakfast stables any food loving Asian would want. I'd recommend arriving and ordering earlier rather than later. As the hours pass so do the glutinous bounce in people's favorite rice rolls. The rice itself was too dry by 1:30 in the afternoon. The egg pancake could've been better, more moist and the side garlic sauce needed to be wayyyy less watered down. But you get the idea just not fulfilled. Green onion pancake was too greasy and not as flaky as it's known for. The cheap imitation of what a proper Taiwanese breakfast represent. Although one could argue this is exactly what one should expect from buying breakfast off of the side of the road in the streets of China. The fresh soy milk is still bomb though but the peanut rice milk was sorely disappointing. It couldn't be served hot, tepid by all that's holy, it takes a saint to finish the entire bowl. The ready made pastries may be your better bet if it's any time past the breakfast hour.

The price of this breakfast is really confusing. It's insanely expensive. $5 for a bowl of Salty Soy Milk? $7 for a Salty Rice Roll?

Four season is definitely over rated. Food is expensive, but make fresh, unless you like tasteless, simple food, then this is your place to go.

I'm currently at the restaurant, and I've been waiting for almost 15+ minutes to order. However, the three incompetent front of house employees are still counting 30 some pastries for a customer in front of me. Now there's a line of with a few parties behind me because these idiots lost count and need to recount the specific pastries for the customer. Dirty plates and dishes aren't cleared from the tables, and there's no lunch rush. This place is a joke. Cashier couldn't speak English and almost messed up our order even if we tried to point at the paper menu and use our broken Mandarin skills. She asked a couple behind us to translate our entire order. Just don't come here. Service doesn't even exist, and they don't care about you. There are other better places around so take your money elsewhere.

Came on a weekday for a nice Chinese breakfast! There were plenty of parking spaces since it is in a bigger plaza across from the post office. Upon entering, you order at the front counter first and they will give you a number. This is more of a self-serve place as well. You also choose where you would like to sit and they will bring the food to your table. We only saw 2 people working in the front so a lot of the tables were not cleaned or put away yet. Salty soy milk- This is something I always get when I come here. If you are not too hungry, this could be shareable. It comes with salty radish bits, cruller, and dried pork sung. I like to add chili oil to give it a spicy hint. Xiao Long Bao- 3/5 This came out after 10-15 minutes and I would say it was decent. They give you vinegar and ginger as well. The only thing was that it was not steamed long enough. Everything was good but the top portion of the dumpling was undercooked since you can see a bit of the dough. We took back part of it home to cook it again.
