Cut our sandwich in "half" and started us with a 7in sandwich. For some reason, the guy went back to the door and exchanged it with the 5 in. What was funny was that he proceeded to give us a mountain of black olives and yellow peppers... Buy hey the pretzels is good.

I just made an online order january 14, I ordered an Italian bmt. I had input that I wanted my sandwich toasted when I got home the sandwich was cold the cheese was not even melted it was still sold slices.

Difficult to find parking. The worst thing is not that but the attention of the staff on duty. The lady with very little attitude.

So sad for this Subway store. Tried it again but bread was pale like not baked enough. Lettuce look brownish meaning it's old. Their toaster didn't even toast the bread. Last time they'll get my money.

I placed an online order for a 2 sandwiches and we to pick them up before work and so at my lunch time i went and started to eat the sandwich and it was so dried out so i opened it up and all the condiments were missing and some of the veggies were missing. I wouldn't have had an issue if i was home but I'm working and I'm unable to go back and fix the issue. So I call them and the girl answering tells another girl that im complaining and then lady answers and says i made the sandwich fine I put everything in it. I was like wtf am I going crazy. I looked again and asked others around me and stated no it has nothing there. I wouldn't make a big deal however if im paying $15 on a sandwich it better have all that im requesting! Better off going to Hacienda Village Meats!

Worst service ever. I ordered the food online, I waited for 25 minutes the food was still not ready. I went to shop and try to ask them to make it instantly. There was no customers at that moment, but the worker just said they did not receive my order & refused to at my order confirmation & payment. I double checked my order location & payment already deducted from my card. Why it bothered her to look at my order confirmation & payment on my phone. The reason I order online since I have only short period of time to pick up my lunch. There was no customer when I got there, & it is their job to verify the order. Subway refunded me later the day, but it already rude my lunch. Last thing you want to see is no food for your lunch. Poorest service ever.

Kid was helping me then stopped making my sandwich to help a lady who came in after me because she ordered at the wrong subway... Should have told her I'll be with you in a moment. It wasn't really even him. There was a girl there that didn't even attempt to help her when she wasn't doing anything or me when he was helping the lady. It was unprofessional!

Ordered my subs off the app. When I picked them up, the guy couldn't find my order and the girl tried to say my payment didn't go through but I was staring at my app while they were telling me this and my app said Paid and my order was ready ‍THEN......I get home to find that 2 of my sandwich's were wrong so I called to let them know what happen and the girl said she would call me back after she talks to the guy who made them and her manager. So she calls me back and said to bring the sandwich's back uneaten and they'll remake them‍I told her I don't live in the area so I can't come back today and my kids ate the sandwich cuz they were starving being that we had just gotten back from church and picked up food on the way home so I asked for her manager's name (Maria) but she said she wasn't allowed to give me her last name (WTH) I told her why do they need the sandwich's back being there's still Covid restrictions in place and they're gonna throw them in the trash anyways and she says....THERES NO MORE COVIDwhat?? I said Covid is still around! And restaurants are still following the food restrictions so she then says Covid is over and gone‍idk where they're getting their info but man do I wish Covid was really gone so now they said they're not gonna remake my 2 foot longs I paid for. They made me feel like I was this liar and just want free food and that's clearly not the case! Good customer service would be Apologizing and making it right! But you're not gonna find good customer service here!

We ordered Sandwiches and they were lazily made. The toppings were scarce, Literally had 3 leaves of spinach on my sandwich. Missing toppings on 2 of the 3 sandwiches. When I called to politely speak with a manager, the girl that answered the phone had an attitude. I DO NOT recommend this location!

Sad state this place has become, less food for more money. Customer service at its worse! Ordered 2 subs, both were horrible. The first was the Philly cheesesteak, hardly any meat in it and once slice of cheese cut in two! Asked for onions and green peppers and only got a couple of each. Photo included shows my sub looking sad and empty!!Second sub was the chicken, the meat looked to be out of a can. Tasteless and again not much in it. The cheese advertised as 2X cheese but again it was one slice cut in two! Tried explaining to the male server that we should get the 2 slices of cheese as advertised but he did not understand the question. My subway days are now over, Bye!

Took some time to get service even tho the place was empty and had 2 employees. Food was prepared as ordered. But got really bad vibes from person preping food even till the point where i took a picture of my sandwich only no employees and it bothered the person that i took a picture of my sandwich only! Made it so that i dont feel like buying a drink cook and chips like i normally and have a seat to enjoy my sandwich. Instead i went elsewhere to buy drink and eat. Because of that employee. I post about a lot of places i go to. Its only for the marketing of the business. I make sure no employees are ever in my pictures. I almost felt harassed by employee. Not coming back!
