I was informed that the cheesy bean and rice burrito was discontinued. I don't believe this is true but y'know we have lost so much in the past few years that yet another tragedy isn't out of the question. Please tell me if this person was lying to me. I won't be upset. I just want my favorite item back xDThe cheese quesadilla was fine but it did not scratch the itch or fill the hole that a cheesy bean and rice burrito would sate. I love you taco bell please don't break my heart.

Fantastic service, everyone is so polite and accommodating. Even when its late the drive through crew is so friendly and organized, unlike a lot of restaurants at that hour. Thanks so much cheers!

These workers do not acknowledge you as a customer. And I was at the counter waiting for a few minutesAnd the taco shells are stael.

Went here two times within a week of each other. First time was fine got my food grabbed 5-10 sauce packets and enjoyed. Two to three days later I return to find the sauce packets are now behind the counter and they now charge per sauce packet. Locks on bathroom. Not making me feel like a customer. I’ll never eat here again.

I used to love Taco Bell. I think they are way overpriced for what you get. The meat portion is an insult to what you spend.

I mainly gave such a low rating because of the APP ordering was difficult to place an order & the kiosk didn't have a place to enter promotion & staff weren't able to help.
