I tried True Dan's classic black tea latte, and I have to say I was quite disappointed. The tea lacked the creaminess I expected in a latte; it was more like sugar water with a faint tea flavor. Unfortunately, this experience makes it unlikely that I'll be returning.

Matcha latte tasted horrible. The powder was not mixed and there was a really bad aftertaste.

They make boba just like the shops in Taiwan! Love their drinks.. Pretty authentic flavors and helpful staff too.

Parking: its a large parking lot and plenty of space. There shouldn't be a problem with finding a spotInside: super small and little sitting Service : the worker was nice and patient while I was trying to choose what to drink since it was first time thereFood: I got the brown sugar bubble teaIt was pretty standard. I didn't really have major complaints about it. Perhaps the other drinks are better but it was consumable and non -offensive . There aren't many options so it's easier to order (maybe?)There are discounts for students Hope this helps :)

Strawberry Mango Smoothie is very standard. Icy with syrupy strawberry and mango flavors and some cream. My expectations were just a bit higher considering its price point of $7.50.

Quiet shop, minimal seating. Most people got their brown sugar boba milk tea. Tried their fruit drinks. Strawberry mango tastes like its name. A smoothie. Mango coconut was better, agar was soft not like the agar boba with the resistance. Solid shop. Can't go wrong.

I am still in disbelief about this boba shop! I am so beyond disappointed and upset about the customer service here!!! My friends have drove an hour here to get boba. They had already ordered their drinks with the boba topping and it was not until way later that the staff told them that there was no more boba. I really think that they should have known beforehand instead of having the customers go through the whole transaction and everything. It was a complete waste of time. My friends wanted a refund and I could hear one of the girls complaining about my friends to her coworker. I cannot believe how proudly rude that the staff here was... so unprofessional! I had ordered two drinks which was the Old Fashion Black Tea with Almond Jelly and the Oreo Brown Sugar Boba Milk with Grass Jelly. We were really surprised to see that we got 30% sweetness level because we have never asked to adjust the sweetness level at all. Also, we did not expect to see "Almond Pudding" on the label as well and physically see pudding instead of jelly as shown on the actual drink menu. I have mentioned both of my concerns to the employee and there was no apology whatsoever. She just looked very annoyed which I don't understand why she had such a bad attitude. She did add more sugar to the drink, but she said that Almond Jelly is the same as Almond Pudding. If that is the case, then why not add both names to the menu? It is very misleading. I personally do not think that they are the same because jelly and pudding have different textures. Overall, I will NEVER be coming back! The staff is far from professional and friendly! The drinks are not that great as they lacked a lot of flavor and the wait was terrible. I was the first customer in line and I had to wait half an hour for an order of two drinks. Save your time and money to go somewhere better!

We had iced Thai milk tea and iced taro milk tea w/ boba, all the drinks taste great just like Truedan in Taiwan. We will come back for sure. The staff is friendly and service is good.

Was hoping to find a new boba shop in this area, as I feel like some of the originals have gone downhill in recent years for various reasons such as changes in ownership, franchise changes to the menu, etc. Unfortunately, Truedan was a major disappointment. I ordered the lemon jasmine tea and watched them pour a bunch of bottled lemon juice, syrup and a small amount of tea in a cup. The drink didn't taste good at all, as it literally only tasted like super sour lemon water. I can't speak for their milk teas, but if my first experience was indicative of the rest of their menu, then it's a hard pass!

Solid milk tea spot in the 626. Servers are very accomodating in the drink customization including ice and sweetness level and milk type, and even stronger tea flavor vs milk flavor. I just went with the simple oolong milk tea with more tea flavor, but should you get the boba, it is made in house, super fresh! The tea itself is fresh as well. I would come again.

I was in the plaza for dim sum and grabbed boba tea here since it was next door. Been here about three times and each time I tried a different drink. They were all good, even the classic boba milk tea. Boba was chewy and soft, as it should be. One time I came right before the Christmas holidays and they mentioned they are opened on Christmas Day. Now that's a plus for me!

Boba here is undeniably good. The owner was able to accommodate our drink selection. He customized a strawberry yogurt drink for us when it's typically made with added mango. The wintermelon lemon tea was okay. It tasted kind of like Lipton sweet tea. If you like milk, rest assure they use quality milk for their drinks. The cafe has plenty of seats for you to sit down and chat with friends. They even allowed us to move the tables to fit our group.
